I haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in a while, but it was so cool coming in and talking to the workers here and just sharing stories for a second because I used to work at the Columbia tower JJ s way back when.
thanks to the pioneer square Jimmy John’s for brightening my afternoon and letting me know there’s still hardworking, real people having a good time in the suicide capital.

Lovely Roquemore
Ordered food before the store opened and the app said it would be delivered at 11:15. Well 11:15 rolls around and nothing was delivered. So I thought it was Friday and they were busy. Then 12:08 came and nothing was still delivered. I called the store and was asked to hold. 10 minutes later I hung up the phone and called back and got another person. He then tells me that they are understaffed and was waiting for a 3rd party to come and pick-up to deliver my food. I told him to just refund me my food. Still waiting! This is the second time we waited this long for food to be delivered.

We came in on Christmas Eve for a quick lunch before exploring and the staff were incredibly friendly. The seats and tables were clean and so was the bathroom.

Total chaos and amateur hour. Took ages to get my order as they told me it wasn't made and didn't put any orders on the pickup table but it was apparently sitting there for ages. Was my first time there but won't bother again. Rubbish experience. Plus they didn't get the order right!! I recommend avoiding this place.

The employees here do not give a ****. There are bike parts spread out next to the register. They claimed they were out of the type of meat that comes on the sandwich I ordered but I overheard them saying to each other they just didn’t want to slice any more. They’re conveniently close to my apartment so I gave them the benefit of the doubt when my last few experiences were not great but I’m done with them now, not going back anymore.
The employees of this jimmy johns location just don’t give a damn. They are rude and make you feel unwelcome. The sandwich lacked quality compared to other locations.

I have always loved and enjoyed JJ. I was hungry and ordered ahead, I arrived a few minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and everyone was on break and my order wasn’t even made yet. I canceled the order.
