I am definitely frustrated with this location in particular. I placed an order for delivery and over 30 mins later it still says order received, no update, no contact. I called the store only to have the employee tell me that there were no delivery people working and that my order will be delivered via Uber Eats, but that no one has come to pick up the order yet. I understand being short staffed but what I do not understand is the lack of communication. If there was no one to do deliveries at this time why was it an option? Why was I not contacted and informed my order was going to take almost an hour to even get picked up let alone get to me, which by then I am no longer even on my lunch. When I asked her why there was no communication on their part as there is a drastic delay from the "freaky fast delivery" company, she stated "Okay, anything else?" No need to be rude, im just trying to figure out where my almost $40 lunch is. All in all I'm frustrated and now hangry. Not the best customer service.

The service is shockingly terrible. Zero customer service. I was waiting 20-30 min for my order and the sandwich artist had an attitude with me! If you are going to hire people that are disrespectful, at least have staff that can ring up orders in a timely fashion. Avoid and runaway!

If you want lunch in a hurry or just a reasonable amount of time, this is not the sandwich shop for you. They seem to prioritize mobile orders over in person. First and last time I'll wait 15 plus min for food. What happened to the place I once loved. This location isn't it

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION!! The workers are so rude, they made my sandwich & it was mainly all bread! They didn’t give me my cup nor did I see any gloves on the man who made the sandwich! The one worker who actually rang me up & had his hood on & clearly did NOT want to be there! After ringing me up & he walked to the back of the store & sat down! I’m definitely calling corporate & management in the morning! I want my money back! You can see in the pictures below there is no meat barely any veggies!! Like 15$ for what?

I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after suffering from hearing loss trying to arrange myself with familiar territory I worked there in college so since subway said they could do the promotion I thought I would just go to Jimmy John's wait on my appointment I told them I was deaf and the sandwich I was trying to remember I couldn't remember because of audio processing I had a hard time remembering I finally got what I wanted and decided to pay he said they didn't accept cash no sign no where of no cash then I over heard him talking saying I couldn't figure out what I wanted and kept changing my mind it wasn't sure I was trying to remember everything and make sure I got what I wanted I worked there 20 years and then for him to say certain comments why buy a sandwich when you can make one at home I'm visiting someone in ICU if I could be at home I would

I have never been to this Jimmy Johns location it was my first time and I will never go back to this one. I walked it and placed my order and when I went to give him cash he said they didn’t take cash, there were no signs around or anything stating that and that’s all I had. So I had to sit there and ask again if they could take it because that’s all I had and they halfway made the sandwich’s at this point and so they were kind of getting mushy. He then says just this time if you have the change and so I did it was $25.37 and I paid with $40 and he could only give me back $14 he said that’s all the change they had. When I got home my bread was a little soggy and it just wasn’t a good experience.

The delivery driver I never get his name but he delivers to my office and when he is running behind he calls. He so sweet and works hard ! And I love the communication he has ! He rides his bike and comes to the 4th floor and it means a lot cuz we can’t leave for lunch due to surgery patients
