I'm only writing this review in hopes the employee sees it. There is a young man who was working on 10/28 at about 4 pm. This was my 2nd interaction with him and I just want him to know he has an incredibly kind vibe. He has great customer service skills. I hope he never loses that kindness or great customer service which can happen in the food industry thanks to crappy people. I can see great things for that young man! You guys got yourself a quality employee! I believe edgar is his name

The overall attitude of the employees is terrible. Service takes forever to make a sandwich and then get an attitude about asking questions. 10+ minutes to get a sandwich??? Ridiculous.

Ordered through app for a timed pickup, but got a notification saying order is ready 30 min before my selected pick up time, so the store definitely ignored the delay notice on the order. The toasted sandwich was very soggy when I got it... Definitely not one of my favorite JJ locations.

Went for lunch and the price on the menu is not right, and they will charge extra. Bread was hard and meat was questionable. Have not been to a JJ in some years, a bit disappointing these days.

I was looking forward to Having JJ’s as I haven’t had it in some time and I was working in the area. I went in maybe 10-15 mins after opening and when I received my sandwich I noticed immediately upon getting in my truck that the bread felt hard as a rock and the first bite confirmed it was stale bread. Very disappointed and don’t think I’ll waste my money on stale sandwich that advertises fresh ingredients.
