I was looking forward to Having JJ’s as I haven’t had it in some time and I was working in the area. I went in maybe 10-15 mins after opening and when I received my sandwich I noticed immediately upon getting in my truck that the bread felt hard as a rock and the first bite confirmed it was stale bread. Very disappointed and don’t think I’ll waste my money on stale sandwich that advertises fresh ingredients.

New to this location. Have non had Jimmy Johns for a few years. I placed order online for pickup. The place was packed for the lunch rush. It was a bit confusing figuring out where to pick up online orders. I personally am not a fan of the bin system where other people can grab your food but it works I guess. The sandwich’s were perfect. Everything was fresh and crisp not soggy. The staff deserve recognition for controlling that much traffic at one time and still producing a delicious meal. ?

Today we stopped in after a Seahawks game when traffic was terrible leaving. But when we got inside, we met an awesome guy named Steven working. He was very nice and helpful with us choosing what sandwich to get. He was also incredibly friendly with a great attitude. My husband and I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back especially around any sounders or Seahawks game. Hopefully we will see Steven the next time we are here.

Damn, how many times have I been here and never left a review. This is a great place to stop and I love it cause you got Starbucks and Krispy Kreme just half a block away. Get your coffee, your meal, and your dessert all on the same block. Plus, if you're into that sorta thing there are 2-3 pot dispensaries on the same block.
I tend to stop here on my way to Seahawks, Sounders, and Mariners games as I'll eat half before the games and the other half of my sandwich during half time (or around that). Just remember not to get a drink unless you finish it before going to the stadium as you can't take it inside. The food is delicious, the staff are fun and helpful, and it's just so darn convenient. Jimmy John's is super fast like they say.

I like Jimmy John’s and even recommend it, however the staff at this location needs to go to training. Not one of the three staff greeted, welcomed, or smiled at me when I arrived nor at my exit. One of the three staff stepped outside for a smoke and DID NOT wash his hands when he returned behind the counter. The sandwich was not up to the Jimmy John’s standard I have come to expect and the customer service and employee health standards are non existent.

The Jimmy John's sandwich shop in sodo Seattle was nothing special. This had been my first experience with Jimmy John's sandwiches since I am normally a jersey micheals customer. I was not surprised by anything. Nothing extraordinary that made this place great. It wasn't the cleanest, the service wasn't the best and the sandwich just tasted like a sandwich. The subway sandwich (although not very good) has a very distinctive flavor and so does potbellys and jersey mikes. There was nothing that stood out to me in flavor about this sandwich.

Management extremely rude. Was told “grab your chips get out of my face I don’t have time for this” when we said our meal was a combo. We came in the next day, she asked “are all these meals combos” we replied yes. We grabbed our chips, and she told us “I only rung up two combos you need to give me my chips back.”
