This place feels like a 90's Seattle restaurant. The atmosphere feels unpretentious, and they're often playing grunge music. However, the food is anything but grungy - it's divine. Some promotional material says that their sauce is made from imported tomatoes. Maybe that's why it's so delicious, I don't know. I could drink it. It puts pretty much any other pizza place to shame. They don't use cheap ingredients for the toppings either.I've dined in and gotten take out and both were great. This is one of my very favorite places in the city to share a pizza with friends or family and have a beer. Extremely well managed restaurant.edit: Try the Sweety Pie, it's probably my favorite!

Food is great, when you finally get it. If you order online, expect long delays from this kitchen (60-90 minutes is typical). Also, food orders are not clearly marked so drivers sometimes get handed the wrong order (and the drivers can't tell if you ordered a veggie calzone and they're picking up a meat one).

My husband and I went here last Saturday afternoon. We were on our way to the Seattle zoo, and we stopped here because we were too hungry already :p I am a (manual) wheelchair user, and the place is accessible :) it's in a seemingly quiet neighborhood, with street parking. I was able to navigate the sidewalk from where we parked, to the pizzeria, with no problem. My husband ordered a Citrus salad and really loved it, and it was quite frankly the best salad I've ever tasted. We ordered the full size, and the portion size was pretty big. Shame that we couldn't finish it :/ I ordered a spinach pasta(also delicious ! And good portion size). They mistakenly got us the spinach calzone, and they apologized for it, and served the pasta and it took a while, which we did not mind at all, to be honest, but they still apologized and later compensated us for the wait. We ended up tipping the amount that was discounted because the service was great :) We also loved the music that was playing. We ordered a Swirly temple and an apple juice to drink, both were great :)Definitely recommend ❤️

Plan to wait 40 minutes if you order the Chicago deep dish pizza. Great choices NY style and Chicago style.

There was nowhere to park quickly to pick up takeout. The pizza was almost Chicago style but needed more cheese, toppings and a flakier crust. The best part was that the sauce was on top.Parking: It was very hard to park to get takeout.

Pizza was delivered cold. The middle part of the pizzas crust was mushy and toppings sparse and not distributed well. The Ceasars salad was real good with fresh ingredients. Just didn't give enough dressing.

Awesome service and atmosphere and most importantly, excellent food!!! Between the two of us, had a deep dish, a thin crust, crazy bread and a Caesar. The food was really good overall. I do love my Chicago deep dish - yes, it's hard to recreate that feel and exact flavor outside of Chicago, But the deep dish here was solid. Excited to go back!Vegetarian options: A couple of great veg pizzas offered and of course, you can mix and match. Can always omit meat.Dietary restrictions: They have a vegan cheese - I didn't try it, but it is available.Parking: Parking can be tough (but IMO, Johnny Mo's is def worth it). There is a parking lot that occasionally may have one or two spots available that they share with another building. Other than that you have to park on the street and basically work your way up the street until you find a spot.

Deep dish was great! One of the folks there gave my friend a free beer for no particular reason, so that's always a plus :)

Drove around for forty minutes looking for parking. Won’t try that again.

The worst calzone I have ever eaten. It was a mushy, soggy chunk of soft dough that could not even be picked up. A calzone should not be eaten with a fork and knife. The ingredients were mediocre and pretty tasteless. I have no idea how they can sell these for $20 each. I have had their calzones in the past and they were at least crispy and brown.

Chicago Deep Dish is unbelievably delicious! It saved this experience from the disastrous pasta. The pasta was not properly cooked or sauced before baking in the oven (crunchy/unsauced pasta is kinda gross). While the amount of chicken was... well... just... fine, the amount of pasta and it's lacking sauce (the cheapest and easiest way to keep customers happy) was truly disappointing. And serving it in tin foil just doesn't compute in my brain!!! I'll focus on this ridiculously good pizza from now on!!!
