Small hole in the wall place. I had the rib tips, really good flavor, a little bit dry. Menu hard to understand. Order collard greens, tasted good but they didn't have any hot sauce or salt and pepper available.
Jones Barbeque catered my daughter's graduation party and went well over and beyond all of my needs. Leanne was very reponsive and managed to squeeze in a delivery which ended up being a lifesaver. The setup all went so smoothly at the venue and I just felt like I was working with a friend that really wanted the party to be special. Definitely the best barbecue in Seattle for the money, but their customer service needs to be greatly improved.
Although I placed my takeout order online, when I arrived they were unaware of any online orders and had not started preparing it. So I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
