I ate here with my co-workers. It was really fabulous because we had a pre-made meal that was shared family style with a whole team. They also did accommodations for different food preferences for the team which was really great! I highly recommend this for a team event.

For what one's paying, you'd think the flavors, presentation and execution would be more thought-out, but their idea of Korean part of the fusion is non existent. Didn't even know what it was fused it; the taste confusing and messy.
The flavors were bold but the meat did not mix well with the sauce or accoutrements. Isolated, each component was well made but the sum of the total was less than the individual parts.
For reference, our table ordered the octopus leg (one of the better ones), steak, tartare, squid ink halibut, and scallops fried rice (best dish).

The food quality was very poor. The beef tartare was brownish, suggesting it had been precooked or left out too long and oxidized. The steak was too fatty, with tough pieces that were hard to chew. I had high hopes for the duck, but it was the worst I've ever had. The 22% service fee is already too much considering the service I received. There was no introduction to the menu, no water refills, and my plate was taken away before I finished, without asking. They also charged tax on the tip. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
It was our Anniversary and a surprise dinner. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, adding decoration details to our table that we really appreciated. Food, exceptional. Hands down one of our top restaurants, not just in Seattle, but anywhere. Lucky it's here. We'll definitely be visiting again.
The food was generally good but the much vaunted short ribs were tough and unappetizing. Really surprising. Garlic noodles ❤️ were wonderful. Good service with a miss .. I never got my sparkling water. We were booted out of our table before we finished eating due to another party coming in (You are allowed 1.5 hours). But we were resettled in the bar table. So .. hmmmm. be forewarned
What a fun and satisfying dining experience! We ordered about 12 dishes to split amongst our party. Everything was amazing!
With a beautiful ambiance, wonderful service, and delicious food, I would love to make a return trip to Joule. While everything was delicious, the tteokbokki dish stood out in particular. Since this is a popular place, I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

Incredible, favorite Seattle restaurant- we come here to celebrate. Consistently delicious and service is impeccable. Wonderful and talented people have worked here over the years. Between bartenders, kitchen team, servers, and manager - says a lot about their culture when you have so many talented people on the team and stay for long periods of time.

Had an awesome time! Highly recommended and the staff are a pleasure. Great drinks, food and ambience!
i felt like the dishes werent amazing. the mango salad was a bit bitter for some reason. Scallion pancakes was pretty meh, just crispy -- no flakes, essentially no flavor -- the platter of garnishes were pretty laughable lol 4 pieces of parsley/cilantro and some chili oil that had 0 flavor on creme fraiche.
The mussels were alright -- great sauce. Octopus was salty, redeemer was yet again the sauce. It's one of those really pretty, ambient places that you dont come to actually eat 🤷🏻♀️

Went for my 6 year anniversary and it was so so wonderful. Brandy was our server and just made us feel so loved and welcomed! Super attentive and warm service. We even got a free scallion pancake and dessert. Drinks were strong and so yummy. Ordered the scallop fried rice, octopus, and short rib. Scallop fried rice was 10/10. Pro tip, get the scallion pancake and put the salmon roe ON the scallop fried rice. Will def be coming back.

Jeoul shares the hallway with another restaurant, it must be common that people make mistakes going to the wrong restaurant.
With a reservation, we got seated right away. Service was great, no complaints, even though 22% service charge is automatically added to the bill, no matter the size of your party.
The foods overall were pretty good in terms of texture, but most were on the salty side (even the desert has some sort of salt flakes in it).
