The food and service were amazing. Everything was so delicious. The menu changes with the season. Ideally, you'd buy a lot of different items to share.

Great food! We were a bit behind looking for parking so give some extra time, we went on a Thursday night.

The food was just bad. Several elements of the same dish would be different temperatures. Some just not tasting great. Considering the price it was even more poor. I think this restaurant is not at all worth the money.

I read that the galbi burger was one of the best in Seattle. It was incredible…the taste of galbi but also smokey, juicy, and creamy. Every dish was divine. Best food experience in a while. Must.visit.

This has been one of our favorite places for over 10 years. The service is always fantastic and the food is consistently delicious. Always impressed with the seasonal changes and love the staples, chorizo rice cakes, kalbi steak, charred octopus.

Joule is an amazingly delicious, local place that provides a top notch dining experience! The wait staff are so kind and considerate. You should definitely go if you've never been.

Restaurant was accommodating for us arriving 15 min late. Food was stellar. We had the tartar, marrow, beet salad (V-day special) and the rib for 2 ppl. Beet salad was amazing. Marrow was delish but one half-bone empty :-( Tartar was really great with pine-nut twist (great textures with the crisps). Rib was perfectly cooked. Kimchi accompaniment was a bit overpowering spicy-wise. Server was great and helped pair the Rib with an amazing Rhone from Yakima valley.

The food at Joule is reliably delicious and the service is always excellent. My husband's favorite Seattle restaurant!

Azul de Mendieta

The food is very expensive and rather mid. My steak was PURPLE so so raw and honestly the flavors aren’t balanced. The drinks are okay but you are paying so much money and for what. My scallion pancakes had no flavor and were a little burnt. My steak was tiny, seeing this pics I got a mini steak and they should not have served that.
Also another service charge restaurant. Not my idea of transparency.

I’m of the best restaurants in seattle! The rice cakes are probably the best dish in seattle. Staff is always awesome, same people for years and they are always creating a great atmosphere!

We have not been to Joule since Covid. Loved it and we will be back soon. The only feedback I have is regarding the Service. Every time we asked for a little more time to look at the menu or to keep the food on the table since we are still working on it, we got not more than 5 minutes, it was annoying.

Out first time visiting - so impressive! Really delicious food and excellent service. Thank you!

I ate here with my co-workers. It was really fabulous because we had a pre-made meal that was shared family style with a whole team. They also did accommodations for different food preferences for the team which was really great! I highly recommend this for a team event.

For what one's paying, you'd think the flavors, presentation and execution would be more thought-out, but their idea of Korean part of the fusion is non existent. Didn't even know what it was fused it; the taste confusing and messy.

The flavors were bold but the meat did not mix well with the sauce or accoutrements. Isolated, each component was well made but the sum of the total was less than the individual parts.

For reference, our table ordered the octopus leg (one of the better ones), steak, tartare, squid ink halibut, and scallops fried rice (best dish).
