Cash only coffee shop, which means they have the lowest prices around. Coffee is okay, but the service is always rude or dismissive. I've been here 6-7 times now on my way to work and not once have I had good service. Sadly I won't be returning despite the cheap prices.

The people that work there are JERKS. Not friendly at all, I don't plan on going back. The food and drinks are okay but the costumer service is so bad that I can't even enjoy it. I was just trying to have a good day and they ruined it forever. Would rather have an overpriced drink from Starbucks with great costumer service than gross coffee and terrible service at Jumpin' Jimmy's. I wish they would tear this place down and add a Starbucks.

I’m really surprised by some of the low ratings- I get coffee here at least once a week, sometimes more. Yes, they take cash only which I understand is inconvenient and at times due to not having cash I’ve gone else where but I’ve only ever had great coffee and very friendly service here. During the school year around lunch time it can be busy with high school kids but service is quick. I’ve also been there when they are training new people for the job (I’m guessing some of the high school kids, maybe even their first jobs). Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coffee!

As a student at the nearby high school, I always have some time to kill before and after classes, and during lunchtime as well. Sure, there is usually a bit of a wait to get your drink during the busy times (before and after school, lunchtime, etc.), but it is more than worth it. They have a wide variety of options for a very reasonable price, and the quality of the food and drinks was amazing!! First off, I like to order iced coffee on hot days and the first time I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I could taste the richness of the coffee, balanced perfectly with cream and syrup, but it wasn't to sweet or to bitter which I loved. I also like the Redbull Italian Soda, it was just as great - the perfect mix of carbonated fizziness and fruity flavor made for a unique and delicious drink. And don't even get me started on the muffin... its so good and the size is generous too, so it made for a satisfying snack. Overall, I'm impressed with the variety of options at such an affordable price point. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone in the area.

The nasty behavior of the employees is the reason for the low ratings. The coffee is mid but the attitude of the girl that was working today was absolutely disgusting and will not be tolerated in my presence. I witnessed a young woman getting harassed by an employee for ordering a coffee 15 minutes before closing. I’m sorry is this your first job? You provide excellent customer service with a good attitude to all paying customers regardless of how lazy you’re feeling that day. I don’t care if a customer comes in 30 seconds before closing, you work until the final minute of your shift, taking shortcuts in life will get you and this coffee shop nowhere. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING solely based on this one employees actions. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO NOT HAVE STANK ATTITUDES
