Had the Bulgogi burger and UW and a strawberry shake. First of all both burgers were a disappointment and the shake tasted like water instead of milk. The tall skinny guy needs to understand that a paying customer that bought this big an order should be allowed to grab a water cup and if the paying customer choice of water is sprite. Don't make a huge deal of it!

Rarely do I have a beef burger; however, when I do, this is my favorite: fresh bakery bun; thick, quality meat patty; fresh produce. I appreciate the simple, neat, tidy cooking and guest area, also.

Unique food items to get, too expensive in my opinion. Burgers are around $14 and fries as a side are $5 extra. Automatic service charge was included and could not be removed. This is after you self order at the kiosk.

Service is alright. Food is well. Its good! but the prices are really really out of line. 15 dollars for a burger is not cutting it and the portion was so small! I ended up having to grab a slice of pizza just to not go to back work hungry.There are much more competitive options on the ave that offer much bigger portions or just go grab teriyaki. Even 12 dollars for a cheese burger is a bit too much.
My husband and I love coming here a lot. We always visit this hamburger place when we come to U-district because they make very delicious and juicy burgers and crispy crunchy fries though i’m a little sad that they don’t have waffle fries anymore. The staffs were friendly with us. And I love their house dipping sauce so much, it’s so good!

The food is nice and fresh, but the proportions feel like they are made for kids. It’s kinda weird you need to pay more to get the most basic stuff like tomatoes and lettuce on your burger though. Too pricey for what you get.
