I have ordered regular bowls at least ten times, but I've noticed that the portions have become smaller when I order online. The last two times, my bowls were prepared by the same new person. I hope you see this review and consider not being so stingy ?. I used to feel very full, but today, I still feel hungry after finishing a bowl.

I ordered a regular build your own bowl online, two of my toppings and most of the rice was missing. There was a tiny amount of rice which was soggy and no edamame or seaweed salad. I love this place and splurged for a treat after my own food service job and I feel very sad because they stopped taking online orders for the night right when I received my bowl so I couldn’t order a side of seaweed salad or edamame :( For the price I feel like I at least deserve a bed of rice and what I ordered

My friend and I visited this place for the first time a few days ago. We both paid the same price of $15 for our bowls even though our portions were noticeably different. Although both of us chose the same ingredients, the staff who scooped for my bowl gave me an extremely small portion compared to my friend’s bowl, which was filled with much more food. I’m 5’ 1” tall, while my friend is around 5’ 8”. I have reasonable suspicion that the Just Poke staff discriminated against me based on body size by filling my bowl with significantly less food than my friend’s bowl just because I have a smaller stature. I shouldn’t have paid the same price for a less-filling amount of food.I wished they weighed the food here. At least the price will be based on a fairer reasoning rather than a server’s bias. Beware of getting ripped off here based on your height. Neither of us are coming here again.

Ordered online 2 bowls for pickup estimated 21mins = thought it might be busy.... k, will wait, upon arrival, just me in the store and 2 staff: 1 prep, 1 in back office, still had to wait for my bowls, what gives?.. All ingredients r fresh, sauce on side as requested, the salmon is slightly marinated, guess to keep longer. Good meals.

This restaurant sucks… I ordered a pick up order at night through doordash and was arriving well before the closing time but I still called the restaurant and asked if they would want me to cancel the order and they said thats not possible. I went to the restaurant after driving for 23 mins just to realize they closed it early. Why didn’t the manager told me that when I called him? They didn’t even care to message or call me nor did they agree to cancel my order. I would give negative score if that was an option

I have been to this location twice, and first time was pleasant, no complaints.But the second time going (Tuesday around 5PM), my friend and I both noticed that the salmon and tuna tasted off. We both experienced pretty intense symptoms of food poisoning after.I guess that it depends on the day you go, some days the fish will be fresher, but I will personally not be returning because of my last experience.

I just tossed $40 worth of food in the garbage. The rice was crunchy and impossible to eat because it was uncooked, they gave me the wrong rice from what I ordered, and there was no sauce on the poke. I ate a few nibbles of tasteless sushi because I was hungry then had to toss the rest in the garbage. So upsetting. This was my first and last time trying this place.
