I've always had good experiences here! I always get it to-go and the staff are always pleasant enough. It's not the best poké in the world, or even the best in Seattle, but it's consistently solid. The food is awesome. But, it was my first time there and if you're not familiar with the menu, it can take some time to figure out what you want. The person preparing our food had a very soft voice and was wearing a mask. And there was loud music. I couldn't hear a thing she said. Why does it always smell like sewage? I frequent the one in Kirkland too and it doesn’t smell like the Ballard one. It is absolutely revolting. Food is fine but the smell needs to be taken care of.
