The platform I placed my order through had cancelled my order while I was on my way to pick it up (the store confirmed they had even opened/accepted the order on their end). They still made my order even though it had been refunded.
I will definitely be coming here to spend my money directly in the future to avoid any mishaps like that.

Went in on a Friday night at 8:55 and they told me they were closed. If you’re closed than lock the doors. It’s bad business to put away all your products before the advertised closing time just because the kids who work there want to get out as soon as they can!

This place has such a good variety. They have build your own bowls and prebuilt ones to choose from. The staff was super friendly and answered any questions I had. They are super quick and pack everything up tightly for travel. I definitely recommend stopping in and trying a bowl.

Overall: subpar food quality, poor service, overcharged for their own promo and small portions comparing to any other poke place in Seattle and Capitol hill
Food: The seared salmon bowl was a major letdown. The salmon itself did not taste fresh and they torched the salmon until it was basically scorched, melted and mushy. The portions were ridiculously small. The bowl was mostly filled with white rice and ginger, with very little protein. I also witnessed the lead staff being overly cautious with portion sizes, even to the point of removing a singular pieces of salmon from the bowl when weighing it multiple times and even when they already started mixing the salmon. The lead staff mentioned the mac salad was great but it was mushy and unappetizing.
Service: There were 3 people working the store when I went. Despite the place being nearly empty, the service was chaotic and rushed. The lead staff seemed very disorganized and confused most of the time, frequently mixing up orders and rushing through the payment process.
Overcharged: I was charged the full price for a torched salmon poke bowl, even though there was a promotion for $10 poke bowls. To make matters worse, I was also charged for extra toppings that I did not order. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff was unable to rectify the issue, kept the toppings in my bowl and still charged for the extra toppings that I did not order.
Conclusion: Given the poor quality of the food, small portions, and subpar service, I would not recommend Just Poke. For a better poke experience, I would suggest visiting a different poke restaurant that offers more generous portions and fresher ingredients.

Awesome and attentive staff, fresh food and great atmosphere. As a tourist, Seattle is pretty expensive but this worth all the dollar amount. Best poke I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommended!

My poke was delicious! I love all the options and everything tasted fresh. I didn’t think to take a photo before eating, but it was carefully assembled and beautiful. I loved that zucchini noodles were an option for the base, too.
