The food was delicious and I loved the flatbread! I can't stop thinking about it! Super bummed you're closed but excited for the renovations! Happy new year!
We love this place! The food is great and the portions are generous. Everyone is friendly. We can't wait until you are open again and to see the renovations!

Super quaint place with great coffee and food. Serving the Ethiopian community but with clearly written menus and great service. So much better than wasting money at Starbucks.

Went to order some food no one came to the counter and I wait and waited while men were staring me down. Was very uncomfortable and then so I left to call because no one came to the front. She answered and I asked can i order online and then out of nowhere she put me on hold and then I hung up to call back and the answer machine said they were busy. very disrespectful so I ordered when I got inside and I tried to get a drink too while I was at it and she didn’t speak English that well which she should be able to. She knew she was wrong because she knew it was me on that phone. Well guess what! I’m not coming back to get the food so blame her with her bad customer service
My first experience with Ethiopian food. Loved it very much. I got the injera and lamb tibs, the amount of food was amazing for the cost- my friend and I realized too late we should have shared a dish. Very excited to finish my leftovers later and I’d like to come again!
Wheelchair accessibility: Mobility aid accessible! Someone pulled the chairs out of the way for us too.

I tried to find a cafe place to work while waiting for my son in a class at Columbia city. Unfortunately most of the cafe around there closed at 6pm. Luckily I finally found this place, nice and quiet and exotic place, i can quietly work their and drinking coffee. Smell the food there i ended up order a plate to take home. We all love it, pretty good price and nutritional balanced. I am glad i found this place!
Kaffa is one of the few coffee shops close to me that's open late. Great place to get some work done and enjoy coffee, cakes, snacks, and a delicious Ethiopian meal. I've never felt rushed to leave, will often stay here for at least 2-3 hours. Warm friendly service. Neighborhood gem.
Had a slice of Pistachio ricotta cake - divine!
Their mocha was lovely too. I've had their Ethiopian food and its great. Different from other coffee shops bc if you get hungrier there is filling food to get.

Amazing food and service at this Ethiopian cafe. Definitely recommend it as a lunch spot on a work day. The food came quickly, the server was great and the Ethiopian coffee was delicious! I am quite particular about restroom cleanliness and that's an area that could be improved on.

Went here with my girlfriend for an anniversary dinner which was also during Seattle Restaurant Week. We both chose different items off their fixed price menu and it was absolutely delicious! The meats were cooked to perfection (the slow cooked chicken was literally falling off the bone) and the sauces/curries were mouth wateringly tasty. Would highly recommended the Doro Wot.To top it off the fixed price option also included cake and macarons which were heavenly. Very tender and rich. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could. You have to come eat here!
