A place where you would miss once you move away. They have the best bread in town.

We had a little handheld pie that was delicious. Not to sweet and the perfect size. Can't wait to try more!

We ordered 3 drinks and they WERE TERRIBLE! I'm so sorry to say but this was the worst coffee I've received, possibly ever, definitely in a while!!! It was watery and gross plus one our cups was 3/4 full.

I was really disappointed in the pricing. Way overpriced. The Lemon Poppyseed bread and the Bienen Stich (tiny piece) were $7.00 which I thought was super expensive and the small cup of chai which was not great was in the same price range. Bummer! I was really hoping for more.
*German cast away in the USA.

Someone brought me a coffee from here today and it was absolutely delicious! It was smooth and deep, not bitter. Even the temperature was right. Excellent!

Their baked goods are great but the espresso is terrible—bitter and a much too light roast. I almost threw it away but really needed the caffeine.

This was the second time I went with my mom. Their pretzels are delicious. The cardamom coffee cake they have on weekends is delicious and surprisingly filling. The staff were very nice, and helpful. The building itself has a very cozy vibe to it, it’s quiet and peaceful and still has adequate space so you don’t feel squished. Can’t wait to come back!

Came here as a little safe care treat. I got an iced mocha and pretzel with the mustard dip. It all tasted so good and got a comfy seat in the corner.

It looked like there was only 1 barista working, I think his name was Scott. He did a good job managing the line orders and making drinks. In a city where I’ve experienced some pretty bad customer service, he was phenomenal.

Will be back to try some more tasty treats and coffee💗🫶

Wide selection of German pastries and ok tea selection. Nothing blew me away though. My friend and I ordered a selection of items and while they were intriguing, they ended up not being very exciting or something we would get again. The cookie was a little dry and hard. The apple cake needed more apple. The berry rhubarb square was very dense and hard to finish. I am not expecting a reinvention of the wheel. However, I felt that I could make comparable items at home. I like to buy pastries in bakeries that I could not replicate in my own kitchen, or that have something about them which makes them unique. Especially with how expensive prices are getting these days to eat out. This eatablishment strikes me as a reliable, everyday place to go, rather than a special one.

Music was too loud. But was glad to see all the birth control resources in the bathroom.

Hands-down, the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Paid $8 for a nitro cold brew. I love black coffee, and this is the first time I’ve added sweetener in over a decade. It was still undrinkable, it was so bitter. I returned it to the barista, who commented that it has indeed been bitter lately, shrugged, and said sorry about that. And that was that. Breakfast sandwich was OK but overpriced. You couldn’t pay me to drink the coffee.

Today was my second time there in one months and I got a little frustrated.
Don't use German labels when your stuff doesn't know what it means or use german speaking service.
What ever I ask for, she didn't know what I ask for. And was not in flow at all, very slow and didn't know there products. And beside this, everything get smaller and cost a lot.
No good experience as a German customer!
Sad .. because I love specifically the bread. Feels home and I don't want to miss it.
