Kajiken is a fantastic find!
The tendon here was beyond my expectation. I especially loved the yam and pumpkin tempura; they were cooked perfectly.
As for the ramen, I'd rate it about 4.5/5 compared to all the ramen I've ever tried. It's high quality, and since we didn't have to wait a long time to be seated, it was definitely worth it!
Pro Tip: If you're sensitive to salt, I highly recommend asking them to prepare your order...

In the abundance of delicious noodle shops around cap hill, Kajiken is a great option if you're looking for a dry noodle dish. I tried the Nikumori Aburasoba which had large slices of pork belly on top. While delicious, the pork was unwieldy and difficult to eat. The real star is the creamy egg yolk over the hand pulled noodles.
We came here on a weekday for dinner and were seated within a few minutes. Service was fast and friendly, and the menu is small...
