I have a dairy intolerance asked for a coconut milk Thai tea float. The girl tried to play dumb like that’s not what I asked for. They could have not put ice in the coconut Thai tea and put the ice cream in the cup to make a float. They charged me for the ice cream and Thai tea then gave me both separately. When I confronted the girl she says the Thai tea float is not the same as what I ordered which was rhetorical. I asked her to “make” a coconut milk Thai tea float. I walk past here every day and will never order from here again. Don’t play dumb with your customers. The barista could have made the coconut milk Thai iced tea into a float easily no need for an excuse you lost a customer, playing dumb like I’m stupid.

This place is never open during their “open” hours. Open sign is on and doors are locked. This happened to me three times.
I came across Kakigori dessert cafe while looking for Asian desserts in the area. After seeing they offered pandan lava toast, a flavor I’m obsessed with, I had to stop in. Unfortunately I was disappointed with their execution of a seemingly infallible dessert concept. The interior was decorated with live plants for sale and had a very comfy atmosphere. I ordered the pandan lava toast with vanilla ube soft serve swirl to go.I recognize that ordering a dessert like this to go means it won’t be enjoyed at the optimal temperature fresh out of the kitchen. That being said, I was still disappointed by their pandan lava toast. The dessert cost $17 and was no more than four pieces of lightly toasted sandwich bread with a dollop of pandan spread on top and a few tiny pieces of fruit. The pandan spread itself was extremely tasty and the only saving grace of this dish. I feel that had they used a milk bread or a brioche bread the dessert would have been much tastier and worth the $17 that I paid. The Ube vanilla swirl was pretty decent. That all being said, I would be willing to try the other desserts on their menu because they seem promising. I unfortunately cannot recommend the pandan lava toast, or any of their other toasts. If they sold the pandan spread by itself, I would happily buy a jar.
Lucky find. Looking for soft serve and found senbei! I have not had it before, so I can't compare, but I can tell you what we ate was absolutely delicious. We all tried a cheesecake version which contains fresh fruit, cheesecake, and shaved ice with milk.I will return so I can try the watermelon, the mango, sticky rice and what is lava toast!!!Also, PLANTS!
Good variety of interesting plants for sale. Very delicious cookie and an even better mango cheescake shaved ice. Will definitely be coming back for plants and snacks.
Very cute and modern dessert shop. They have live plants inside for sale and neat looking chairs with bicycle pedals on them. The presentation of the bingsus is a 10/10. The iced animals on top of each bingsu is super cute. The bingsus themselves were not super sweet. The sesame bingsu came with red bean paste along with mochi balls. We ordered the sesame, match green tea, and chocolate malt & Oreo bingsus. They were all very good and refreshing. And you do not feel full after having a bingsu here.
The vibe here is great. If you've never had bingsu before (like myself before going here), take the leap. It's frickin amazingI will say it's kinda pricey though
Delicious pastries and Boba. This place is always busy. I’m glad I went when it was slow. The staff was cold maybe a bad morning for them ??♂️?
Bingsu seemed very melted to the point where it seemed like it was like ice cream. First time here so don't know if they were having a problem with their machine but definitely not the typical bingsu texture/experience. Fruit and toppings were great though.

Awesome desert place. If you like asian deserts and beverages, I will definitely recommend this place. Best part of all the desserts is that they are not tooo sweet. We tried the tiger sugar boba tea and coconut dessert.. very good?
It’s good but not amazing! Definitely will be back. You have to be patient as the service is on the slower side. I think they are short staffed! Cute spot and clean!
FANTASTIC HIDDEN GEM! Went here w my sister and best place we visited in Seattle today. Insane selection of bingsoo for a great price. Really kind workers and great vibe inside. Got the taro cheesecake cup bingsoo — WOW, WITH TONS OF CHEESECAKE IN THE MIDDLE! Also the mango sticky rice croffle which was nice and warm. Highly recommend :)
Understaffed at the moment. There is a hiring sign on the door. I am mentioning this cause the time to get an item can be inconsistent. One time everyone after me got their things before me. I got a bingsu and other bingsu were coming out so it wasn't bubble tea or easy things that came out.The mini size for bingsu is good for sharing. The cup was given to us messy on the outside. I am not a big fan of sloppy work given the price point.one gender neutral restroom.
Small business with large range of dessert options.Decent drinks in cute containers. Didn’t order bingsoo this time but will be back to try!
