We worked with Sarah, who was fantastic and fun! She is very responsive and quickly answered all of our many (many) questions along the way. She did a great job helping us curate a menu that fit what we wanted. Kaspars has a fantastic working relationship with our venue and our planners, and have a great reputation among the greater seattle wedding vendors. They also provided us with bartending services and cocktails: espresso martinis and margaritas which were a huge hit with our guests.
As a vegetarian marrying a meat-eater, we wanted options that everyone would enjoy and Kaspars had BY FAR the best and largest vegetarian selection of any caterer we reached out to! We were able to put together a menu to satisfy everyone, and the food and service was top notch. We received so many compliments on the meal!

We ordered from the delivery/pickup menu, and Kaspar's made the entire process smooth and easy. All of the dishes were delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. Our guests went back for seconds and thirds. Delivery arrived right on schedule. All of the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful.

Kaspars catered the Emmy Awards this June. I attended with my son (who won the Emmy in his category!). Food was excellent. Beautiful and elegant cucumber ring salad. Beef tenderloin...tender...pink edge to edge. Rich and delicious parmesan mashed. Asparagus a perfect al dente. Gorgeous desserts. Class A service from beginning to end. Impressive performance. BTW, I am a high end caterer from the mid-west...and if my company had gotten these results, I would have been very proud. I learned a thing or two from Kaspars.

Kaspars is absolutely incredible. They catered our marriage party (long-delayed COVID wedding celebration) and were responsive, helpful, and resourceful every step of the way. Throwing a 70-person party in our house was a daunting prospect, but Lynne came up with an ideal layout and approach. The food was delicious, every member of the staff was exceptional, and our lead Joe was super detail-oriented and even brought me plates of food when it was clear I wasn't going to be able to get around to all the stations myself. I have never thrown an event like this and having Lynne's guidance was absolutely crucial; she even did two site visits to make sure our setup would work well. Plus they were flexible with which components of the menu / supplies they provided vs. what we provided - and they boxed up all the leftovers for us too. I couldn't recommend Kaspars more highly!

Kaspars did an amazing job catering our wedding. From the get-go, they were responsive to emails and answered all of our questions even before we'd decided to book them.On our wedding day, not only was the food excellent, but the service was fantastic. They were extremely attentive to me and my now-husband and to my guests. They knew their stuff, like suggesting that for our cake cutting, we cut the cake beforehand and then do a faux cut for pictures. This is something that would never have occurred to us.They even went so far as to make sure my little nephew's chicken entree was cut up and had the sauce on the side. My nephew told his dad that the chicken was way better than what his dad makes, a true compliment! They also made sure to send me and my husband home with lots of food so we could really sit down and enjoy it.Overall, I would highly recommend Kaspars if you're looking for catering for your wedding!

Kaspars has been cooking since 1989. Closed their restaurant in 2005 to focus on catering. They are masterful, organized, delightful. They have catered at least five events for us over the years. Just recently a Hawaiian Luau at our on 8/13/2023 for 70+ friends and family. Expensive and worth the price.
