OMG! I have eaten a lot of burgers in my life, but have never had a burger anywhere close to the tastiness of the Umami Wagyu burger. It was heaven.
I did not care for the fries or the honey mustard, but the burger was so good that is all I will remember.
Well done, Katsu Burger! I sure wish there was a Katsu Burger in Spanaway/Puyallup/Tacoma.

I got the Tokyo Classic burger with a side of 12-spice fries. The burger was filled with fresh ingredients and the Katsu beef was perfectly cooked - crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. Fries had just the right amount of crisp too, and the 12-spice seasoning was flavorful. Portions were great as the burger came with a ton of meat and there were tons of fries. Definitely a great spot for a unique twist on burgers!
