I got the Tokyo Classic burger with a side of 12-spice fries. The burger was filled with fresh ingredients and the Katsu beef was perfectly cooked - crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. Fries had just the right amount of crisp too, and the 12-spice seasoning was flavorful. Portions were great as the burger came with a ton of meat and there were tons of fries. Definitely a great spot for a unique twist on burgers!

Kiosk ordering. Got the classic Japanese katsu. The breading was perfect and it was packed with more flavor than I’m used to. The 12 season fries were great.

I did not care for the fries or the honey mustard, but the burger was so good that is all I will remember.
Well done, Katsu Burger! I sure wish there was a Katsu Burger in Spanaway/Puyallup/Tacoma.
