While the coffee is great…one of the staff members was extremely rude. Screamed at us while the cafe was busy when we weren’t doing anything wrong, just drinking our coffee. All the while, she was getting customer orders wrong left and right. We used to love this place, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

I am so glad I walked into Katys last week, I got to meet the owner and it was some of the best coffee I've had in Seattle in the past decade.
The line was super long, and the wait was awhile for my sandwich and mocha, but as soon as I saw someone come in to help out the one barista and one cook, I went up to say something. The person I spoke to ended up being Katy, the owner, and she is super sweet and genuine-She was very understanding and didn't hesitate to accommodate me.
I told them I'd be back and I plan to go there again this weekend. The atmosphere is wonderful as well, lots of cute doggos and cute people 🩷
Also, don't sleep on the day old pastries, they taste fresh and delicious!! Only $1.10 + tax

This is just for the famous breakfast bagel which I had the next day which might have affect it. It might of not been for me. Iove McDonald's sausage egg McMuffin and can eat those 3 days old and love them. The ratio of bagel is too much for me. It felt like a chore eating it and no flavor really popped. For almost 12 bucks it's not worth it for me. The people there were great and they look like they put alot of effort into the sand which. I was just disappointed by all the hyped reviews people had for it

The warmth and comfort of the vanilla chai was second only to the welcoming atmosphere, genuinely kind staff, and delightfully disorganized shelves stocked full of poetry collections and zines
Yay - Summer hours, open to 5 PM on weekends including Friday. The Sesame Bagel with cream cheese and onions way better than homemade. Quiche with veggies and black beans was immaculate. Accompanied with perfectly balanced coffee for a Sunday afternoon. Do yourself a favor.

Walked In, thought the space looked cute, they were really busy. I work in the industry and gave them the take your time but they were definitely in the weeds. Good luck sorry I’ll try again some other time
Pretty cool cafe with weekly events!
Katy's Corner Cafe is a cozy, delicious, and welcoming local cafe. The sandwiches we got were top notch - not fancy, but super hearty and hit the spot. Drinks were similarly good, service was kind, and space inside (while tiny) did have a table available for us. For sure recommend a visit!
I really like their spicy dirty chai and turkey cran sandwich! I always enjoy visiting the shop because the owner and workers are so lovely. It can sometimes be a wait for food though depending on how busy it is since the shop/kitchen is small. But they do have a few seats available!
Love Katy’s. This is one of the best parts of the neighborhood. I’ve been coming for a little over 4 years now. The service is always warm and friendly. The ingredients are top notch and always taste fresh. Guaranteed cheese pull with every sandwich! I love the little cafe tables outside as well. A walk to Katy’s is essential for a magical sunday.
