Delicious ramen and they could sub gf noodles to other ramen. Saved half so I could eat it for dinner but when I got home I discovered they only packed the noodles and threw away the broth. Dude you can't be doing that in the economy! I'll for sure go back but was sad I paid for only half a meal. RIP vegan broth.

Love this ramen place. The noodles are made in house and the chicken broth is wonderful. The staff is friendly and makes eating here fun.

Got there around 6 pm, it wasn’t too busy at first, but about half an hour later there was already a line forming! The food was pretty good. I ordered the Pork Shoyu ramen, and we shared the garlic karaage, which we all loved. Definitely worth a visit!

Great taste but very expensive given the portion. The thinnest cut of protein ive ever seen. And a couple pieces of karaage for $15?? I can’t believe it

Ramen was very salty, noodles were a bit overcooked for my liking, miso ramen was weirdly grainy and too salty to finish. Kaarage lacked flavor.
Service was quite poor. The QR code to order is on the backside of their merch sign and the waiters didn't tell us nor check on us. Getting water was even hard.

No wait at 6pm on a Friday, convenient table QR ordering.

Got their signature ramen and thought it tasted great. Broth was a definitely on the heavier side, but the noodles were chewy and springy to perfection. Slightly annoyed that eggs were add-ons. Price felt a bit expensive for what we got (even by Seattle standards, which is why I gave 4/5), but would go back!

This is the company's first attempt at doing ramen. I was not impressed with their ramen eggs. If you want an egg in your ramen they prepare it the traditional Japanese way by cracking open a raw egg and pouring it into the bowl to cook by the heat of the boiling ramen water. It is very oozy. I prefer ajitama, the soft boiled and marinated ramen eggs that most ramen places these days use. Also, their non alcohol drinks are somewhat limited. I ordered unsweetened green tea, expecting that they might have sugar to sweeten it, but they did not.

We’re vegan and saw they offered a vegan option on their sign outside so we tried the spicy vegan miso and it was delicious! Broth was amazing and noodles were a great texture. Very friendly staff and the music was good the entire time as well!

Would not recommend for vegetarians or vegans. The vegan miso ramen was more expensive than the meat ramen and tasted like someone poured lighter fluid in it. There was also no protein like tofu and only 2 mushrooms in it for that being one of the main toppings.

Spent roughly $70 for two people and got:

Spicy chicken paitan with egg and extra chashu, regular chicken paitan with egg and side salad, and the spicy negi chashu.

We really liked the side salad and negi chashu. The spicy ramen broth is not that spicy.
The broth was suuuuper thick and rich (almost a bit too thick for me), the ramen noodles were cooked to a really good doneness where there was a good chewiness to it. The egg was also cooked perfectly.

Only complaint I have - but this applies to most ramen places - is that the food was kind of expensive for the macros and it cost money to add more protein. Each ramen dish only came with three very thin slices of pork and we paid for extra protein ($2 for egg, $5 for 5 pieces of chashu). This is kind of standard for ramen I guess but I personally would prefer a better protein to carb ratio. Also, the service was not super welcoming (not mean but not friendly, kinda there to do their job).
