Delicious ramen and they could sub gf noodles to other ramen. Saved half so I could eat it for dinner but when I got home I discovered they only packed the noodles and threw away the broth. Dude you can't be doing that in the economy! I'll for sure go back but was sad I paid for only half a meal. RIP vegan broth.
Got there around 6 pm, it wasn’t too busy at first, but about half an hour later there was already a line forming! The food was pretty good. I ordered the Pork Shoyu ramen, and we shared the garlic karaage, which we all loved. Definitely worth a visit!

Got their signature ramen and thought it tasted great. Broth was a definitely on the heavier side, but the noodles were chewy and springy to perfection. Slightly annoyed that eggs were add-ons. Price felt a bit expensive for what we got (even by Seattle standards, which is why I gave 4/5), but would go back!
