We had a wonderful time at dinner. They were able to accommodate our requests, the server was very accommodating and she even let my husband look upstairs at the haunted old mortuary and where they used to store the urns. We will definitely return.
The food was excellent--lamb stew with a cup of Irish clam chowder for me, the Caesar salad with chicken for my companion--and the price quite reasonable. The patio dining gave a great opportunity for people-watching, and we could still hear the Irish music being played inside. Our waiter was attentive but did not rush us in any way. Be sure to carefully scrutinize your check, however -- only after I reviewed the printed receipt at my office did I notice that I had been charged...
It is worth the search down a side street for this gem. Great food and the atmosphere inside and out was relaxing. The only thing loud and a little annoying was the starlings in the nearby trees. It was actually pretty funny, they were having a great time!
