Great place for good drinks and amazing Irish food! Stopped in for drinks and food. Our waiter was very helpful, informative and knew the menu. The pasties were great the beef is definitely the star of the show. We also had some one order the chicken pastie and they enjoyed that. Great drinks and selection of whiskeys. Irish music and atmosphere. Stop by if you want a good time.
Located down an alley in downtown Seattle's historic district, this excellent pub has tremendous atmosphere, wonderful waitstaff, and great pub food. We had the fish and chips which came with mushy peas, a staple of true English/Irish pubs. Our only complaint is that the peas were chilled, not warm as we are used to having in Europe. Otherwise, this is a good choice for a place to eat, unwind, and enjoy the company of friends.
I've been making this my first lunch stop when first getting into town since making yearly trips to Seattle the last 6 years or so, and this place is still amazing and still has a homey feel. Even though it's in the heart of Pike Place, it never feels overly crowded. The food is always on point, and the pints and drinks are always cold and delicious. Esther is the best ever!
