Not exaggerating - my absolute favorite dessert in Seattle. Just picked up these six for my birthday 🎂the cream is so smooth and delicious, espresso chocolate chip is my fav!! Filling them to order is just the only way to do it! Cannot wait until they find a new Ballard location - miss having them nearby so much!!

Downgraded to 3 stars since they started leaving half the filling out. The center is just empty now, it's sad.
Unimpressed by the cannoli; was dry and had an odd texture. Nothing like true cannoli I've had in Italy and New York.
Can't be explained, must be tried!
True NY style bagels!
Their new breakfast sandwiches are SO GREAT. The bacon is crispy and they use good cheese! I’ve always gotten bagel and cream cheese but now I have a new favorite order.
The cannolis are also excellent!
I really want to love this place, but the inconsistency makes it difficult. Their bagels are good—when you can actually get one. Unfortunately, that’s not always guaranteed.
Last month, they were waiting on a shipment and only had one type of bagel available. On 2/13 at 9:15 AM, I stopped by, but despite the lights and signs being on, no one was there. I waited for about four minutes before leaving. Then, on 2/17, I tried again and ended up waiting eight minutes behind a truck before giving up. They have a second window they’ve asked me to use before to keep things moving, but for some reason, they didn’t use it this time.
If you’re lucky enough to get a bagel, it’s worth it. Just don’t count on actually being able to get one when you want it.
If I could leave zero starts I would. There was hair in my food, it took 15 minutes for one bagel and the service was terrible. I hate this place.

Barista working Sunday evening needs more training. Super rude and the drink was awful. Picture is supposed to a white chocolate raspberry mocha
I bought 4 traditional canoli and they were just so so Family did not like them. I never had a Canoli before so I had no clue what they were. I also got 3 onion and 3 cinnamon bagles and I had high hopes for those too but who has 30min to thaw them then preheat the oven to 400 then bake for 4 min. I have had bagels in New York these were not like the ones i had there.. Once baked then slice in half put in the toaster to crisp up. Who has that kind of time in the mornings? I guess I was expecting more from a good New York bagel. 4 canoli and 6 bagles 50 plus bucks. Place is crazy expensive. Well I had to try the place once. Doubt I will be back. I will stick with Safeway Onion bagles. Slice then in toaster 5 min done. Plus 6 is like 5 bucks..
The cannolis are sooo good! They have some good looking bagel options I’d like to try next time. Coffee is good but just the usual.

Used to order here everyday. Haven’t been able to put specific flavor in my Italian soda for a few months now. Once that’s fixed I’ll be back to ordering!
