Incredibly frustrating service. I order on the mobile app and I arrive when the app says it is ready. And I always have to wait in the parking lot. The team will box together multiple different orders into one big box. I am very frustrated going to this KFC.

I ordered their famous bowl which is a small bowl of mash potatoes and 4 chicken nuggets on it $16.70. I was the only one in the drive through and saw maybe 2 other customers inside but still they asked me to park my car in the parking lot and had to wait like 20 mins to get my food!

Only 2 customers and it took 20 minutes to get order and order was wrong. Chicken was dry and tasteless. I normally stick to positive reviews but this was a bad version of KFC.
There was no one else in line at the drive-thru, and they still made me pull out of a line. This obsession with a corporate expected time at the drive thru is ridiculous. If it is going to take 4 minutes for them to finish my order, then that is how long I wait at the window. The guy behind me just has to wait for their turn. Take care of the customer you're dealing with instead of worrying about who is next.

I just spent over $40 on dinner for my mom and I, we specifically repeated several times our order and still got no mac and cheese. We live 25 minutes away, so going back doesn't make sense. This is the second time the people that work here repeated what we ordered and ignored it anyway. One of the main reasons I chose KFC for dinner was the mac and cheese. It's just a letdown every time.

If we order 2 pieces of chicken with potatoes and gravy pay for it and then we are asked to pull around back... for2 pieces of chicken?? This is outrageous.
