Food was made fresh but they do not offer free refills, which is crazy bc the soda costs less than the cup. They selectively charge customers for refills based on who they like and remember. The man in front of me got his refill for free, and then they had the audacity to charge others.

Horrible customer service. I walked in with only one person ahead of me (a DoorDash pickup). There were three people behind the counter and I even made eye contact with two of them yet I was completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment.
There was a party already seated and at one point a guy from that group got up for a refill. The girl behind the counter (didn’t catch her name, but I think it started with an M) came over to help him immediately. After she finished, she still didn’t acknowledge me. No one else was waiting, drive-thru line was completely empty when I pulled in and yet I continued to be ignored.
Eventually, the same girl finally came over and asked what I wanted. When I ordered the crispy chicken, she told me it would take 18 minutes. At that point, I just walked out without ordering.
After reading other reviews, it seems like bad customer service is the norm here. DO NOT GO HERE. Avoid this place. Not recommended.

Epitome of poor customer service. The place wasn’t even busy, yet we waited in line while making direct eye contact with two employees who didn’t acknowledge us at all. An existing customer walked right past us and asked for two drink refills, and the employee immediately served him—then walked away without saying a word to us.
Another employee counting cash said they’d be with us, but after several more minutes, nothing. When the first employee finally returned, she told us it would be 18 minutes for a single piece of chicken. As we walked out, the second employee suddenly mentioned something about it being shorter, but by then we were already done.
After reading through all of their other reviews, looks like this is the norm at this location.
Incredibly poor service. Avoid this location if at all possible.

I loved my visit at this KFC! The service was exceptional, my cashier was very nice and helpful. As for the food, it was so fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back again!

Expensive location, no good deals here that I've found elsewhere...the chicken wasn't fully cooked on the inside gummy texture....will go to different location next ive dissapointing...

We came to you're establishment today and they are falsely advertising that they have mashed potato poppers and those have been my number one craving my entire pregnancy and she said oh sorry we no longer have those anymore, I feel as though if you were advertising for them, you should have to sell them and I think they should become a new Permanent menu item at all KFC

Restaurantji Recommends
Significantly more expensive than the usual KFC without the quality being different. For example, the $7 fill-up becomes $9 here.

Incredibly frustrating service. I order on the mobile app and I arrive when the app says it is ready. And I always have to wait in the parking lot. The team will box together multiple different orders into one big box. I am very frustrated going to this KFC.

Not open when they say they're open. They routinely run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant. They're too lazy to make things within the last hour of being open.
