The female worker and there was only one at the time surrounded by guys so her that worked on Saturday early morning March 8th she's not great at customer service, I literally go here most days and pay over 150-200$ and I've never had someone so difficult to let me pay for my things, I had purchased a deal with 5 wings and for some reason they made you have to order 2 drink which I don't need for one person. Instead of letting me pay the difference she had an attitude and wouldn't let me take away the drinks both of them which are paid for and pay the remaining amount for 1 small mash potatoes and gravy, than after I couldn't get my order right she fills most of my drink with ice. I will go back but not if she's working they're she put a bad taste in my mouth I'm not asking for firing that's stupid but if she's working theyre I'll take my money elsewhere she's really rubbed me the wrong way.

Today is Tuesday 2/4/2025. It supposed to be cheap chicken Tuesday. This particular place doesn’t honor it when all the other KFC location in Seattle does. Some straight up bull ish. No wonder the damn place is empty.

This place is a joke. We placed a mobile order in advance and checked in thru the drive thru. We were told it would be 6 minutes and to pull forward and park in the back. After 15 minutes the app said our order was ready but they hadn’t come out so we drove around and thru the drive thru again. They just said it wasn’t ready again and to park in the back again. We waited another 15 minutes. During that time an employee came out to give an order to a different car parked near us that parked 20 minutes after we were there. Three employees were in the back doorway while the door was open. Looking directly at us and didn’t give any acknowledgment or update as to why it was taking so long. Finally after 30+ minutes we drove around and thru the drive thru again to see what was going on. They said “next window” and then when we pulled up they said “your order” and nothing else. No apologies no thank you. I love KFC but won’t be stopping at this location ever again.

The people in this particular KFC were SO amazing. Haven't seen people work that hard in ages!! The food was delicious and hot. This is the type of food and service that has me returning to a restaurant

The mountin dew soda were not soda at all, she just put more ice, it didn't taste like soda. And the food were small not for what I paid for. I was waiting order long time.

Probably the best kfc I have been to clean fresh atmosphere is nice And the mango habanero sauce is yummy I don’t usually like kfc too much but I left here happy and satisfied

Slow and dirty tables with grease. Staff from low social class (they are gross), they make an effort to do their job but it’s far from being of good quality, they look dirty as well.
