I had bought a cake and put a $5.50 cup of Oreo shortbread on the counter. Due to the price that I was charged, I thought they didn't charge me for the shortbread and I changed my mind so I put it back. When I saw the receipt, I realized my mistake and went back to have it corrected. They couldn't verify that I had put it back, so they wouldn't refund me or let me take the shortbread. WOW. Over $5. Will never come here again, and I've been coming here for years.
The cashier at this bakery has a bad attitude, and the cakes are just average and not worth the price.

Such an amazing atmosphere! Every time I go it amazes me! I got the taro milk tea with boba and it was the best. Yum yum

I had a great experience with a large catering order (800 pastries) from Kiki. We got the mini cheesecake soufflés, egg tarts, earl grey panda cottas, and Hokkaido cream cakes. Everything was tasty, packaged beautifully, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Everyone who works here was very helpful and easy to communicate with, thank you so much!!!

We saw this when we wanted to check out the Asian grocery store on the way back to Vancouver, BC. We got interested because of its name - Kiki!
This small bakery has quite a large selection of Asian bakery items. Compared with what we have in Canada, they are not cheap, plus the exchange rate. However, it did add some joy to the long road trip home for us. Will definitely try to drop by again next time.

As an Asian boomer millenial 😆, my birthday celebration is not complete without delish and cute, individual cakes from them, Kiki Bakery! Added an egg tart because YOLO! Thank you, and look forward to many more birthday celebs with Kiki!

Bread is good. Do not recommend dumpling here. Dumplings have too fatty pork and make me want to throw up
Pretty good Asian baked goods.

Amazing experience and food every time I go! There are so many delicious items to choose from and they are all super fresh and yummy. I also enjoy the bubble tea and find that it is cheaper here than other places.

Loved the shortbread cookies and the custard bun. They had a wide variety of bakery items at a decent price. I wished they had dairy alternatives for their teas. I can’t wait to try the panda tiramisu next time!
