Easily the best restaurant in CID, no complaints, the adobo is the best I've ever had, they make it different from the plain soy sauce with vinegar version, far more complex and delicious. The place is impeccably clean too. Service is fast. Salamat to my Filipino friends.

Family was in Seattle and decided to try this highly rated restaurant. Service was great but the food was average for a Filipino fusion restaurant.

Great food, I tried new dishes and was not disappointed. Also the lumpia were amazing.

It was the last stop on the food walk yesterday. Had the sinigang fried chicken. The staff was courteous. The chicken had a really good sinigang flavor to it. It’s definitely worth visiting again.

We were excited to try this restaurant for our late lunch during our troll hunting around, we ordered pork sisig- it was good and we add of course our red chili for some heat spice on it, next was the Bulalo- the meat was tender but the whole soup was not hot enough to really enjoy, the bowl was warm to touch but the food is not hot well that was a let down- we were hungry and didn’t request to heat it up more i guess, the last menu was the Pancit (noodles) not our classic pancit they have there own twist on it , we chose chorizo as our meat for a change - not sure if it was the chorizo that made the dish oily , it something you wanna try it but maybe try it with chicken or pork or shrimp , and ask for some lemon on the side for it.. overall it was still a nice experience and kept us wondering about the taste of the rest on the menu.
We had a friendly nice service and cool atmosphere. They were also pet friendly and that we are thankful for letting us bring our pups inside especially on a hot weather.

We stopped by here after visiting Seattle. The adobo, mushroom fried rice, palabok, and sinigang wings were delicious! Servers were friendly. We will definitely be back.

I love this restaurant. I am always checking to see if they will have their green apple sinigang back on the menu (I had it around 1.5 years ago). One day…

Me with my matching calamansi soda + tattoo!

Superb food. Relaxed. Attentive and helpful service. Would like to see more cocktails variety.

as someone with a lot of dietary restrictions (gluten free, soy free, dairy free, and mostly meat free), i am really happy that the menu was cleary labeled with all of these things! i got the mushroom fried rice with shrimp and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly filling, and i could take home leftovers. my parents mentioned their dishes were really yummy but slightly too salty. it was salty but i didn't mind.
it wasn't busy when we went and the service was fast and friendly. i loved the atmosphere, decor, the aesthetics of the plating, and pretty drinks. the only thing i would critique is some of the mushrooms and green onion were cut pretty long and stringy which required a more lengthy chewing process than usual.
if you enjoy places that appreciate attention to details, i think you'll like kilig!

This little spot feels very hip and had good music.
Reallllly delicious food -- would recommend the Sinigang Wings as an appetizer (with the glaze) (these were my favorite). Also loved everything else we got -- Bok Broc, Shroom Fried Rice, Oink Oink (which goes well with rice), and the Classic Noodles.

Would go back here again multiple times. Very unique flavors that I haven't been able to try in many other places. Fun colors inside, fun alcoholic beverages, good vibes.

We heard good things on eater and decided to come over. I’m always on the lookout for good restaurants at ID. And the addition of a modern Filipino cuisine by renowned Melissa of Musang made it a must go on my list.

We ordered sizlin sisig and the adobo and bok broc baby. Service is decent. You get your menu, then your food, etc.

The sizlin sisig is a huge letdown. There is something wrong with the pork. It’s not fresh. Smelled extremely strong. I couldn’t get it down much.

The adobo is fine. But only includes 3 pieces of meat and does not include rice! Which is charged separately at 4$!

The waiter is like “ would you like rice with that”, for something that obviously needs rice to eat since the waiter said it’s “pretty heavy” and recommends rice.

Why would you add a dish that requires a side? And then charge 4$ for the side? The dish feels incomplete.

The 20% mandatory tip and the extra charges on the rice leaves a bad taste in our mouths. Literally

We needed spending 87 dollars for 3 dishes+ a rice shared between 2 people. No drinks.
