So this is pretty much my favourite ramen in the U.S. This is the first restaurant I ate at in Seattle in over ten years ago and it has never disappointed me. The broth is rich but also simple. The textures are just right. I’m a huge fan overall.
I’ve been here twice and overall the value for money is quite good. Compared to the noodles, the congee is definitely better. The congee base is thick and well-cooked, not watery, and the ingredients are added and simmered properly, making it very comforting.

The noodles, however, were a bit disappointing, mainly because the broth was too salty. We also added sides like braised pork ribs and clear beef brisket, but those were salty as well, which made the...
This is a small restaurant with limited sit down seating. They do a robust takeout and delivery business so they are always busy. The servers are not on top of you but they are responsive if you need something. Food comes out as it's done.

The food is delicious, we got several things a noodle soup, beef tenderloin, chive and pork dumplings, and pork and the pickled cabbage noodle dish.

The noodle soup fish broth was amazing and so flavorful....
