Th açaí bowl is amazing but the service is so incredibly slow and verging on rude. Workers seemed very frustrated that folks were coming in. Was the store short staffed? Abnormally busy day? I don’t know and I feel for the folks working, but it created a fairly unwelcoming environment.
The service is almost always poor here. I was the only person in line and waited over five minutes without anyone working greeting me. They were not busy. I had to get someone’s attention to be told they’d be with me shortly. They seem chronically understaffed. I like the açaí here but the service is very slow. I recommend Tropical Berry in Kenmore.
Favorite place for coffee, I love the Pão de queijo and the Coxinhas. Uma delícia.
