Went here on a Friday night, wasn't busy at all we were sat right away. Menu is super simple which I love... sometimes ramen menus are over whelming. The ramen was very good... didn't take long at all. I really loved the consistency of the noodles..more on the firm side. Broth was very good and not too salty. I thought the ramen was very flavorful. They offer traditional and low sodium if that's what you like.
We got the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Yuzu Shio Ramen and the takoyaki, I also tried their Mango ice tea. I appreciate that they had a whole seasoned egg. Both broths were very tasty.
It was very strange,I came here on a Sunday at 6 and they were out of Whiskey and beer. So they could not make some of the drinks.

The food looks and smells DELICIOUS! I made an online order, so I didn't get the full experience of the dining area, but oh my goodness. If you are the type of person who enjoys watching the chefs work, this is the place. The room was spacious, well decorated, and certainly was the vibe. I used Toast for my online order, and being able to select what I wanted was super easy and simple. The reason for three stars? I specifically didn't include eggs in my order on purpose....
