It is always a challenge for me to eat Asian food of any type, as I cannot eat any soy sauce. We went to this restaurant on Wednesday evening and back again on Friday for lunch. To say they worked with us on my allergy would be an understatement. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had amazing food and a wonderful experience! Tye (sp) took care of us on the first visit. You would be hard pressed to find a better server. Each recommendation given turned out to be wonderful....

Broth is good but not that much better than your standard authentic Ramen shop. My noodles were slightly too hard and the pork was ridiculously lean and difficult to chew.

Somehow the appetizers were surprisingly good, probably some of the better Takoyaki and Karaage I've had from a Ramen joint.

Service was subpar, our waitress checked on us once and then pretty much disappeared. Several minutes after we finished our meal we had to get...

Excellent broth….. tons of depth and unique flavor. I was disappointed in the Pork.. pretty thin for a cut which is probably why it was over cooked and very hard to eat. The soft boiled egg was delightful…so much so that I ordered a second one.
