Kizuki Ramen is a chain Ramen place with franchises in the US, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia and is well worth the visit. Their menu features the usual Ramen offerings with some additional traditional Japanese favorites like Gyoza, Onigiri, and Croquette. The location I stopped at in Bellingham was a little off the beaten track but seemed popular and was very attractive visually. The bathrooms were spotless and even included mouthwash. Being pressed for time I ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen with extra greens and it did not disappoint. The pork was especially delicious and the assorted toppings were quite good though you might have to pay a bit extra to get the toppings you want. I am looking forward to my next visit when I can sample more of their menu.

I ordered some ramen for pick up and it was alright. It felt very fatty compared to other ramen I've had but the flavor was good. They did not notify me when my order was ready so I showed up hoping it would be ready.

Pretty good Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. It had really nice chashu meat, a great tasting broth with garlic and peppery taste, and the noodles seemed decently firm. I also liked the prawn cutlets; they had a somewhat crispy exterior, and the interior was quite a bit softer. Very interesting! The last thing I got was the Japanese Curry with Karaage. I thought that dish was okay; maybe the Japanese Curry sauce could have had a little more flavor to it, and the rice was kind of mushy. Still, since this is a ramen shop, and the ramen was pretty good, I think this place was very much worth checking out.

Solid ramen, nothing super special. The Gekikara is quite spicy. I would not recommend for most people due to that, but it’s quite decent. The egg was cooked super nicely, soft-boiled to perfection, but just a little cold. This is a chain restaurant and I’ve had the one in Dallas, not much difference. Come here if you wanna satisfy your cravings.

i have eaten ramen at the Kizuki in Bellevue Square, Redmond Towncenter, Alderwood Mall, and in Northgate, and they all taste great. The quality of service at the Bellevue and Redmond locations depend on the timing, but I feel that Northgate and Alderwood Mall tend to be especially good. The servers have that high-quality of je ne sais quoi hospitality which in Japanese culture and social decorum is next level et crème de la crème. I've found the Bellevue Santouka Ramenya and Lynnwood Muto Izakaya also have that authentic Japanese sense of flair.

WOW is the food from here delicious! I can't say enough good things about the ramen, gyoza, and especially the Japanese bun with chicken. It came with this spicy mayo that I could eat with a spoon. Will definitely be returning!
