Visiting in town and was looking for a place to watch a soccer match. This was the place. The bartender, Emma (I believe) went out of her way to put the game on 3 channels so we could all watch the game. She even put the audio on for us. Very friendly. Good vibes. Could easily be a local watering hole if I was a resident here. Food and beer were both good. Service was outstanding.
Good overall bar to hang out and watch sports. Lots of TVs at each corner of the room.They have happy hour between 3 to 6.Bartender was very nice and attentive.Cleanliness is average and what you'd expect at a bar.The one thing the bar is missing is more draft beer options which is why I'm giving in a 4 star.I did not try any of their food.
I owe KJ’s a shout out. I don’t live on Capitol Hill anymore, but this is my go to bar for sports, and easy to get to via public transit from Beacon Hill. Friendly, inclusive environment and Emily is an absolute rock star behind the bar. A great place to watch a game.
