Koku Cafe + Market Reviews
I moved to Seattle, October of 2019 and caught up with an old high school classmate at Koku. Right away, I really enjoyed the environment there. I went in with friends and had the Cherry Cheese Biscuit which I will be going back for again! There is also free parking in the garage for the building which was convenient.
Gochujang pork shoulder is phenomenal! Just like the service

Koku Cafe + Market in Queen Anne is a popular spot known for its flavorful dishes like gochujang pork bowl, ginger koji tofu bowl, Japanese curry bowl, Osaka omelette, and Japanese cheesecake. The cafe has a cozy vibe and is a favorite among locals, although some were disappointed by changes in the closing hours. The rice bowls, especially the koji tofu bowl, are highly praised for their bold flavors and delicious sauces that make each bite stand out. The cauliflower in the bowls is a favorite for its rich taste, and the portions are satisfying without being overwhelming. Customers also love the Kokumi melt, which they enjoy regularly, and appreciate the matcha, daikon pickles, and matcha cookie. The venue is very cute, with attentive staff and some Japanese products for sale. While some dishes like the Osaka okonomiyaki may not be traditional, the overall food experience remains excellent, making Koku Cafe + Market a go-to place for tasty, satisfying meals in a relaxed setting.
