Found this cafe randomly while exploring Seattle. Glad I stopped by! The warm dirty chai latte was amazing, and the ham sandwich with apples was very filling!
It’s also conveniently located above a grocery store. Coffee and groceries in one stop!

Kovene coffee is a fantastic hidden gem that serves up breakfast and lunch and great drinks. Ronnie was very friendly and easy to talk to and instantly made us feel welcome. The breakfast burrito was fantastic as well as the turkey sandwich. Definitely worth the stop for a quick breakfast or lunch bite of you're in the area.

Just had to leave a review. Amazingly tasty sandwiches and friendly service. They were able to make a grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter who is a picky eater and she ate the whole thing. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and making great food. It’s rare to come across places like this now so wanted to give them a shout out!

Great breakfast burritos, pretty good latte. Friendly service. It’s a one-man show so be patient, and don’t be alarmed if he can’t open up that day once in a blue moon.

Weird location but nice enough once you're there, in a loft space above the QFC entrance. It could have more ambience but the space was comfortable and clean, well lit. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Vegetarian breakfast sandwich was delicious. I wish they had an option for it on an English muffin but maybe that's just me , I'm tired of brioche.

Breakfast burrito was magical and you could tell with every bite it’s fresh and handmade. Something about the taste was unique and delicious. The vibe is also immaculate. Not sure if it’s always this way, but it’s one friendly dude cranking coffee and breakfast with tunes playing. Can get busy too, and with one guy expect there may be a line and short wait. Definitely worth it IMO.
