I had the most delicious Korean gimbap, sundubu (soft tofu stew), and galbi (grilled short ribs) in Seattle. It truly tasted like a home-cooked meal—just like mom’s cooking! 👍
It was also my first time experiencing such warm and thoughtful service at a restaurant. The staff’s kindness and the heartfelt farewell as we left left a lasting impression.
I highly recommend this place—many people should come and try it for themselves! 😁😁

Been here numerous times. Unpretentious, home made , good, hot korean food is served. No frills services and very reasonable prices. The banchan (side dishes) are two dishes per person , and I find it to be a good deal given the reasonable prices for Seattle area. On Sundays , they give extra /special banchan included in the meals which are delicious too. You can pour your own free hot tea as well. Owner /daughter of the original owner is very kind and sweet. Love supporting this local business.
What a delightful place the daughter who works up front is truly kind and wonderful. I love a good tofu soup and this hit the spot, excellent banchan, fantastic people
Excellent food and service. Good value too.
I love the restaurant. Mama's food is so good! Thank you 🇰🇷🙏🏽
Alice is the best! Thank you dear! I can use chop sticks now!!!!!!! See you later!
Best Korean restaurant in town and one of the best restaurants period.
It's a small family operation. The owners are very friendly, and the mom makes her own kimchi. I'd highly recommend it!
Best Stone Pot BiBimbap in town!
Amazing stone pot. Everybody i take becomes a regular
Small restaurant with limited menu. I had the kimchi rice and it was very good.

For a really great ambience, this restaurant has potential. But food is disappointing and service was terrible. There is a very good fried cauliflower shared dish that has not enough sauce and quite dry. Ask for more sauce - it costs additional. Ok. The must try chicken wings is also very dry. The curry and the basil chicken was soooo sweet. No one even asked me what spice level - but it was like sugar syrup. It does have a huge enticing menu - but I would suggest you reduce the menu options and get the dishes right.
This place used to be my favorite Korean place but now they have completely lost the menu, don’t participate in delivery, have cut their hours tremendously and don’t serve the same great food they used to. Shame but I will be taking my business elsewhere
I have lived in Seattle since 2000. This is the best Korean food spot that I have been too. A wonderful, family owned business and I always leave with a smile on my face.
Best teriyaki and soft tofu soup in Seattle! Authentic flavors and great quality. Highly recommend!
Service is very good.
Been visiting this place for a couple of years now. Menu has been updated, lesser items now . No more elaborate Banchan, only kinchi. This trip I had the spicy tofu soup with beef, which was good overall as usual and the kinchi fried rice which wasn't fantastic.
