Amazing neighborhood bar with excellent dumplings and pickled stuff. Cocktails are unique and well balanced. 100% worth a visit, or 2 or 3 or... Our go to before a show at the Seamonster. Also a good way to support female owned business.

This place has, hands down, the best piroshki I've eaten in Seattle. They're beautiful and the cream and added condiments completely change their flavour profile. Plus, they serve it in these big thick bowls so the dumplings stay warm longer, enabling you to enjoy it.

You go here for the food, not service- and that's what docked a star. I got no water, and for cutlery- only got a fork, no spoon or knife; and between getting my food and me paying up, I didn't find anyone whom I could ask for either.

Still, the food here is amazing. I strongly recommend giving this place a shot if you're in the area.

Came in, the place wasn’t completely full or appeared too busy. We sat down at the bar, two people working the area. Unfortunately nobody took our order for over 20 minutes. It also looked like the couple next to us have been waiting for their check for a long time and were getting irritated. We left before anyone even asked whether we’d like a drink. Won’t be coming back here

A great little neighborhood Russian themed tavern with well conceived, versatile food options. The borscht is a perfect light super on a cold night and piroshki is a nice light snack. They also have a variety of pickled veggie sides. If you're more hungry combining them makes a fuller meal. The honey cake is a great, filling dessert if you have room.

The drink options are mostly creative, excellent cocktails, some containing house-made beet vodka. The 'bonfire' is my favorite but they're all great. The horseradish vodka is also great, usually served as a shot. There are also ample non-alcoholic options and a few brews on tap.

The staff are consistently great. Very friendly, attentive and efficient. They're happy to discuss the menu and make suggestions.

It's the best kind of hole-in-the-wall; a small, darkly-warm cozy space. Sometimes it's crowded and somewhat noisy. This is the only minor downside I can think of.

Have only had the food on a few occasions but I know from the infused vodka that they are doing some authentic food/drink medicine here. I would say that it is a more drink forward establishment than food; yet the curated selection embellishes your mood or craving. Will definitely sink the nail if you know what your hankering for, but at the same time won't drown you in options.

They do their adventuring to find you the secret flavor you have yet experienced, so try em out!

The bartender was rude to me despite my trying to live-and-let-live with a regular. I hope your regular tips twice as well as I do. My usual haunts on 45th seem to appreciate me and my $ (not to mention the places in Green Lake and Capitol Hill), so I'll stick with the polite people I've known for years, thanks.

What a find!! Cool, funky Russian spot. I wish they offered more flavors of vodka and of higher quality but I loved their vereniki. The bartender was also gorgeous and had great service

After moving back from Barcelona 5 months ago my fiancé and I agreed that Korochka has reminded us of Europe more than any other place we’ve been in Seattle since. Loved the ambiance, perfect for a couple or few friends but not larger groups, and it was the kind of bar to go to if you don’t want to order your overpriced run-of-the-mill cocktail and want some small plates that were much higher quality and better priced than your average bar food (we ordered enough for a whole meal). Also highly recommend the mocktails.
