The drive-through was nice They have things on the menu that they don't bake anymore, which makes no sense to me. Why is it still on the menu and apparently they haven't baked at this location in seven years. I was told. I loveKrispy Kreme but it seems like the company is hanging on by a thread :/

For a special occasion, we called in advance for an outing of doughnuts and coffee. The five of us left without the doughnuts and without coffee. Neither was available! Even a decent product can be ruined by inept and apathetic employees. They ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory evening with my kids.
Kid-friendliness: The staff made absolutely no effort to apologize or make amends for their not having the doughnuts that we had ordered and confirmed over the phone.

If you hate your job, you should simply leave. There are lots of qualified people love to serve.
I called the store at 2:35pm to place an order of non-glazes donuts. A YOUNG MEN picked up the phone and hang up. I called back and placed an order with the lady called Jen. I offered my name and phone number and she said she doesnt need it. I drove my whole family down to the store at 7pm to pick up the order, found out Jen didn't place my order at all.

Unfortunately got 4 dozen doughnuts. We brought them home, took one bite and were immediately disappointed. I don't know if it's the water they're making them with, or perhaps the supply chain has switched, or perhaps they were all a day or two old, because all 4 boxes tasted really strange.
All of them had a weird after taste, like they're using hose water.
I was so sad.

If you buy doughnuts at the 4th Ave Krispy Kreme you'll save some money. They only charge .71% sales tax, when it's suppose to be 10.35%. I saved over $4.
