Other then the rat that scares the life out of me running a long side the curb, it was great,the hot light was on so we got free donuts and even though their recipe changed they're still the best donuts I've ever had.

They will give you fresh donuts if ypu ask them, you can see through a large window of the glazed donuts being made. Update: gave us free donuts, and a survey on our reciept that if we filled out would get us a free dozen next time we come. 19.99 for two dozen and 60 cents extra for cinnamon rolls. EDIT : They had too much donuts, so they gave us a whole dozen of glazed for a dollar!!!‼🥳

I don’t usually go to Krispy Kreme, but since all the Starbucks have mostly closed it has caused all the other coffee shops to be over run with long lines, so I decided to try Krispy Kreme. There was no one in their line.
The person taking my order was very nice and our exchange at the intercom was quick and precise. Upon getting to the drive thru window for the food transaction, the person working remained very nice and cordial. It did take about 7 minutes for me to get my iced caramel mocha latte (which was missing the whip and the sauce, but that’s ok, I didn’t want the whip and forgot to tell them anyway) and two donuts. When I got home I went to go eat my custard donut and it straight up tasted like puke. Like the literal smell and taste of puke. I think the donut was rancid. It was not soft either. I threw it away. The second donut, cheesecake, was also not very soft but had much better flavor. I ate that one even though it was stale.
Is this why there was no line at Kristy Kreme at 930am in the morning on a Thursday? Serving stale and rancid donuts should be a no no. My coffee was just ok.
I don’t think I will be back and I’ll just wait in the lines elsewhere.
The worst customer service the manager is really rude called me out of my name when I was just asking him questions. I am never going back to this location.
Shout out to all the folks working the registers! Even during the morning rush, everyone has been pleasant & attentive. Lines can get long for sure, but they keep things moving with a smile.

I have came to this store multiple time's My experiences are always super good. the young lady attending me was very nice and friendly and gave me a hot original to sample and was very good. But I do want to say while she took my order I heard the “manager” Ty shout at a girl who was working the window I didn’t see a reason for shouting when the girl was 10 steps away from him. So during check out I asked the young lady is he the manger ? (I assumed because everyone else was wearing red and he had green on) and she replied yes and I asked for his name. Through my time going here I’ve never seen a manger yell at their staff in that tone it’s unnecessary that girl wasn’t across the store she was 10 steps away from Ty.

What an amazing place! 😍 Krispy Kreme is truly the best when it comes to fresh, delicious donuts 🍩. I could actually see how they make them right in front of me so satisfying to watch! The lady there was super sweet and even gave us freshly made donuts to try for free so we could check the quality 😋 and wow, they were unbelievably soft and tasty!
I ended up packing all my donuts one by one to take home and enjoy later. I love it! ❤️ Next time, I’ll definitely try other items too. Highly recommended for every donut lover! 🍩✨
