Met some friends here for drinks last night and WOW!! First, Khan kindly sat us away from the door because I was freezing. Then, when I wanted to move again due to TV noise (they have sportsball, if that's your thing) he was kind and understanding and resat us in a different section.
We got a great selection of appetizers: Brussel sprouts, green beans, calamari, umami fries, and enoki fritters. Everything was superb! Compliments to the chef(s)!
Everyone loved their drinks (Shisho Pretty, Everest 2.0, Honey Bee) Khan made for us.
Thao checked with us just enough to make sure we were happy during apps and then took our dinner orders. We had garlic noodles, creamy udon, bang bang shrimp po'boy, and I took shrimp pineapple fried rice home. Everything was stellar!
If I could only choose one of each I would pick Shisho Pretty, Brussel sprouts, and shrimp pineapple fried rice (but that was a tough choice).

I feel bad giving a bad review because I definitely see this restaurant's place. For one, disclaimer, I am Asian, and there are absolutely better Vietnamese options in the greater Seattle area.
HOWEVER, I see what this restaurant is going for in that it is absolutely accessible Asian/Vietnamese cuisine. Simply said: this is an Asian restaurant for non-Asian people and that is PERFECTLY okay. From my angle, however, all the food was way too sweet, all the spice not so spicy, and unfortunately the beef in our salad was much too dry and tough: all nods and justification to what was explained above.
Listen, if you're in Georegtown and want Asian food without the traditional atmosphere it's a great place, but driving a lil' ways out will absolutely get your more authentic vietnamese/Asian cuisine. Service staff were super nice though!
I will also say that their 1988 Cocktail Lounge next door, is still a great place to grab a drink!

Probably my current favorite spot for dinner and drinks. The drinks are very creative with an Asian flair. The umami fries… I have random days where that’s all I crave. The tom yum pasta is also unexpectedly good. I didn’t think it would pair well, but the flavors compliment each other.

Excellent food and outstanding service. I'm happy to say this is our new go-to Asian restaurant. Two of us shared with the Natang Dip and House Fried Rice with chicken. Both dishes were delicious with complex flavors. 5 Stars!

Great fusion place in Seattle. Their creamy udon and chicken sandwiches are really well done with delicious sauces and very good portion size. Fries that come with some of the sandwiches and are amazing. The brussel sprouts are so perfectly cooked and make a great appetizer.

Fantastic place! Our server, Morgen P, was great! Really was helpful going out of her way to check about some food allergy issues I have. The food was perfection! Here for a business trip and I will definitely recommend.

We took a friend here for her birthday and it was absolutely delightful. I've been in bar service for years and their drinks are creative and well balanced and fun. No notes.
The food had a couple fusion options. I had a ban mi smash burger which was 10/10 on flavor. They put bahn mi meat on top of the burger which tastes good but did make biting it a little difficult. That could use some mild editing. My friend got pho-rench dip and loves it. The broth was so good she was even sipping on it. Other friend got peanut noodle salad, said the flavor was so good, peanut sauce thinned to make dressing. Crunchy in all the right ways. Very filling.
We brought a child, the restaurant had high chairs and were thoughtful in how they set things down etc around our toddler. I would not say it's necessarily family friendly. But if you have a kid who knows how to vibe, it totally works.

The fries and the pineapple rice was good! The drinks were ok. We Had the strawberry and mango ! And the creamy udon is not the usual Asian dish not a fan but the garlic spaghetti was not bad , super light taste .
