Coffee was great, though I was extremely dissatisfied with the crumbly, dusty brick I was hoping was a brownie. Completely inedible, disintergrated in my hand. If your baked goods are this far gone, you honestly shouldn't be selling them. As a baker, I was embarrassed for whomever...willing to give this place another try, chalk it up to a tiny misfortune. Steer clear of marked down anything, wrapped in cling film.

Maybe I came in on an off day/morning. But there wasn't much in the pastry case and the woman working wasn't very attentive at first. She was eager to help once she noticed me, but was unsure/not very confident in her answers when I asked which pastries were which. I chose a spinach cheese one and trotted off. But for $4.68 I was not impressed. Spinach tasted very watery and overall it needed salt. For prime coffee/breakfast time this place was empty. Sad to say I won't be back.

Super mega yummy desserts, the macaroons are delicious and have good flavor variety. The hot chocolate is thicc and the barista knows what's up asking if we wanted whip cream on top. We also had croissant pudding with mixed berries and it is scrumptious. Very friendly, comfortable, homely environment. Would visit again!

OMG! For a little taste of heaven stop by for a decadent pastry from our newest Lake City pastry shop. We had the brownies and can't wait for breakfast on Monday.

Came here while in Lake City in search of a coffee and a pastry. I agree with the other Yelpers that the bakery has a newish vibe and I'm hoping that once it's a bit more established some of the kinks will be worked out. The pastries that we tried were a little inconsistent but definitely the winner by far was the seasonal raspberry almond coffee cake. I got a cortado which was fine but nothing overly-exciting flavor wise. T got a hot chocolate which was ok. Service was pretty slow - we had time to sit and wait but considering there weren't a lot of people waiting in front of us I think it just indicated that they were a bit short staffed. The staff was nice, however, just seemed like they were balancing taking things out of the ovens with serving customers. Would come back if it was convenient for a local (vs a chain) option!

Meh. We went here because it got such good reviews. I'm not sure why. Pastries were mediocre. Boxes of Krusteze baking mix on the shelf in the kitchen did not inspire either.

Superb croissant and pain-au-chocolat: just back from Paris and these can compete easily with the best I had in France! Bravo!

Croissant and Pain-au-chocolat...tried both early Saturday morning and they rival the best I've had in Paris. Bravo!

This cute little bakery had the best croissant I have had since I was in Paris. Perfectly crispy on the outside and buttery layers throughout.
