It was my first time, and it was delicious! The freshly made tortillas, the juicy meat, and the fresh salsas were amazing. Excellent service—Mr. Ricardo treated us like family!

Today I took the time to read several reviews of this place and I know that perhaps they will respond defensively as some of their reviews say, but I think that before visiting this place or any other, let's get used to reading the reviews of other people's experiences to know what we can expect from the service. I trusted that on other occasions we had not had bad experiences in this place except for the cleanliness of the bathroom and parking, I also trusted myself because I felt hungry after a long medical appointment.
We have visited this place several times when we visited Seattle but I got the impression that things in this place have changed.
I will mention some points:
* For a weekday it is difficult to find parking (I thought the place would be full because there was not a single place to park, after going around several times and managing to park when we entered we realized that there were almost no people)
* When entering through the back door there is an aroma of sewage and garbage
* If you use the bathroom, be prepared because the aroma will be quite unpleasant, apart from the fact that you have to take the key with your hand with a rather dirty spoon-shaped key ring that everyone grabs to open the bathroom. (Only one toilet for all your clients)
* The rolls of napkins that they have on the table with fingers marked with food by the other customers caused me a lot of disgust. Just thinking that when you took a napkin there was food and maybe even saliva from the other customers is not pleasant (Not all people wash their hands to eat and even less so when there is only one bathroom for everyone, sometimes we tend to lick our fingers when you You spread your favorite food and then take a napkin. Can you imagine those rolls after this?
* You will not see the prices anywhere, the way you will know the cost is only if you ask or when they mark your order at the checkout.
* As for the prices, they seemed a little high to me, the quesadillas cost 16.99 but they are large.
I ordered an asada taco and it cost $5.99 that is if they give it to you with 2 extra tortillas apart from the 2 that it has 🙈 I think the price is for so much tortilla (the meat was super dry and the tortilla was warm as well as hard, so to pass the bite of meat and tortilla had to be drinking water) we paid almost 64 dollars for 2 tacos, 2 quesadillas and 3 soft drinks (now I think we could have gotten something better elsewhere for the same price)
* Lastly and most importantly, my daughter bought 4 sweets when we finished eating, the girl who collected the money told my daughter that it was $8.26 and gave her 1 dollar in change and did not give her a receipt. I know it's only pennies that I need to give in change but.....just think🤔.... if this girl does the same thing to several people in one day, how much does she collect in change for pennies not returned to clients (I know that the amount in cents is still very low) but..... if we multiply those cents that She collects a day in a month and the amount increases and if you look at all of that in 1 year... well there The amount will be more noticeable, remaining with the changes that do not return.
I think you should be honest when charging, you should give a receipt and above all you should give the change even if it is 2 or 74 cents, it depends on the client if they give it to you or not.

I had a craving for food and barbecue,
I went to buy at this store but it was very bad, I don't recommend it, it doesn't have any flavor, it seemed like just water with chickpeas or salt, and the meat was very dry, my family and I didn't enjoy the food, it was very bad.
