We came in hoping for a better experience than last time, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The bartender was not welcoming at all and gave off the impression that having guests was more of an annoyance than anything else. It was disappointing and made for an uncomfortable visit, so we left right away.
Sharra and the bartenders and the cook Audrey awesome and beautiful people inside and out and Aaron the other bartender awesome to much love and niko the bar manager and the owner aei and Ray good people

As soon as my partner and I walked in the bartender was extremely extremely rude. When we went back to the bar to order he was making unprovoked remarks and seemed generally uninterested. Turned to make my drink then came back to ask for IDs, literally threw them on the bar after checking them. I told my partner not to order anything else because I didn’t want to stay longer than necessary. Ended up not touching my martini at all. And CRIED when we returned to our booth. Mind you we were both sober. Watching him interact with other patrons he seemed to be much happier so idk what I/ my partner did. We had previously had positive experiences here; but will not return.
Good vibe but service was inattentive and bad
Good menu, fair prices, friendly service and music on point.

One of those iconic “dive” bars, which if you are visiting the Hill, you better not miss this. I hear of celebrity sightings, flirty staff, mirrored bathrooms, all in a non judgmental welcoming place to grab some very refreshing and flavorful adult beverages!

My favorite go-to for cocktails in Seattle. Delicious food.

Okay, the atmosphere was quite cute. Outside of that, the Peru lime slushie cocktail had to be the worst cocktail I’ve ever had in Seattle (I’ve lived here for 10 years!). My friend is allergic to sesame seeds/oils, so when we asked the server if there was anything she could eat they seemed quite flustered at our ask. To make things easier, we asked if the PITA bread was something we could order. Again they were pretty flustered at our ask but said they could make it work. Y’all… This pita bread tasted like defrosted Eggo waffles. Two terrible cocktails that we didn’t finish and defrosted tasting pita bread for $32? Yeah I won’t be returning again.

The drinks here are amazing. Would absolutely recommend the raspberry slushie and espresso martini slushie. Also the bathroom is so cool and fun

Cool place… but felt VERY unwelcoming. Will probably not give it another try. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Kinda place you go when you want your bartenders to be mean to you

La Dive was a chill, relaxing bar experience on a fun Wednesday evening. The food we tried was above average, and the wine was tasty, service quick, and vibes on point.
