This is an absolute must-visit for anyone who appreciates high-quality baked goods. The selection of bread and pastries here is superb. Having visited local bakeries in Paris last year, I can confidently say the quality and flavor profile here are nearly identical.

The pastries were absolutely delicious, and the coffee was one of the best I’ve had in Seattle.
