Visited La Vita E Bella recently and had a really pleasant experience. The pasta was fresh and full of flavor, and the warm bread was a great addition to the meal. The atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy your time there. The staff was kind and attentive, which made the visit even better. Definitely a spot worth recommending if you’re in the mood for Italian food.

Had a wonderful experience at La Vita E Bella. The atmosphere feels cozy and welcoming, almost like a small spot you’d find in Italy. The homemade pasta really stood out — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The warm bread served at the table was a nice touch as well. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. Overall, it felt like a genuine Italian dining experience and I would definitely visit again.

In this day of over-hyped dining, La Vita E Bella is a lovely oasis of old-school hospitality. If you're hankering for delicious Italian dishes at realistic prices, served by thoughtful servers in a welcoming environment, then this restaurant deserves your consideration. It's an ideal place to dine with friends as there is plenty of seating and portions are hearty and suitable for sharing family style: four of us ordered two appetizers (mussels and combination bruschetta), two salads (a Caesar and strawberry salad) and two pasta plates (pesto and boar ragu) and a couple of rounds of drinks, and we all left sated without breaking the bank. The boar ragu is especially tasty, lovingly made by the owner himself (the gracious Evan). It's not always on the menu, so be sure and order it when it's available.

We were lucky enough to have the owner, Evan, seat us and serve us majority of the night. He was extermely knowledgable and had great recommendations of the menu. His passion and enthusiasm for the restaurant, service, and our overall experience was great. Best service we've ever recieved in PNW! Prices were also very reasonable for such good food. We were happy to celebrate our anniversary there!

Stopped in without a reservation on Valentines Day and were seated relatively quickly. Very friendly service. We had the Caesar salad and minestrone soup to start, followed by the spaghetti polpette, pollo parmagiana, pollo picatta and ravioli with wild mushrooms. All were very good. Would definitely recommend. Chocolates at the end of our meal were a nice touch.

It's a great, cozy spot! Chicken Picatta was amazing and the Spaghetti Carbonara was fantastic. I highly recommend La Vita e Bella. As food was being delivered to other tables, it all looked great.

Authentic Italian cuisine.
The positives:
Food was delicious and large portions. The appetizer Gamberoni Pistachio was enough as a meal! Highly recommend the Cioppino, which was flavorful and rich. Ambience was nice but nothing fancy, the rose at the table was real, to give you some context.
The bad:
Service was ok, a bit slow. My water was not refilled during my whole time. Most importantly the prices on the menu had not been updated. My appetizer was $2 more and my entree was $4 more. That might not seem like a lot but if you have a large group, it would add up over multiple dishes. I am not sure why they have not updated their menus or at least inform guests prices are wrong. Most people probably would not have caught it, but another guest also caught it on their bill. I deducted a star because of that but otherwise I would go back for the food quality.

I’ve walked past this place so many times, and this was my first time trying it. I ordered takeout through DoorDash. The packaging was solid, nothing spilled at all. When I opened it at home, the presentation was still great and food was still hot.
It tasted better than I expected as many restaurants in Belltown I’ve tried are just ok and only good for location.
The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the tomato sauce had a rich, cheesy flavor. It was nicely tangy without being heavy or greasy. There were ground meat and some green peas mixed in, which added great texture and flavor.
I finished the entire dish and even used the three slices of bread that came with it to soak up the remaining sauce.
While waiting for my order, I noticed the dine-in atmosphere looks really nice too, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely looking forward to coming back to eat in next time.

We had a special family gathering today at this establishment. These people are kind and generous, sincere, the real deal. The food is delicious and the portions are large. I had the Cioppino which was wonderful. Others had pizzas, pastas and salads. We left happy and grateful. Thank you. You deserve all the success you can manage!

Such a cute place. Great value and delicious local ingredients. The mushrooms were amazing. It was our anniversary and they were so welcoming. Great price point! Loved our night there. Will go in the summer and try the deck.
Outstanding, genuinely authentic Italian food. Highly recommended. The sauces are dialed in, the pasta is perfectly cooked, and the gnocchi is soft and melts in your mouth.
