Larsen's crafted the PERFECT wedding cake for us! A few months before our big day, we did a cake tasting with a very friendly manager and then sent inspiration photos. The bakers/decorators absolutely killed it. Pick-up was easy. Price was incredibly fair. Everyone thought it tasted delicious and the decoration was so beautifully done. I love Larsen's for a treat and also highly recommend them for your events!

Outstanding old school Norwegian bakery. My favorite in the area. It's a great excuse to visit Ballard. Also check out the butcher shop next door.

Maybe we got the wrong thing but our cookies seemed old, crumbling and not very tasty. Not sure I’d return to try something else.

Help support this long-running awesome business. Their baked goods are so good, and the people are sweet. I got my birthday cake from here.

Get bread here weekly, along with donuts, cakes and more. Always a great experience and fair prices, and they’re open much earlier than everyone else if you need a coffee.

Larsen Bakery sucks. DO NOT get the frog, it’s way too sweet. The outside is mint, mint, and the inside is strawberry? Frozen whipped cream with strawberry? What kind of combo is that?
Larsen Bakery is honestly the worst bakery I’ve ever encountered. All of their food is excessively sweet. At this point, their desserts practically give you type 2 diabetes. Honestly, I wouldn’t even be surprised if they somehow managed to give someone type 3 diabetes.
They don’t even label what’s inside their sweets. The frog was absolutely disgusting and there were only two of them, probably because no one else wanted something that sugary and diabetic. After just one bite, I honestly don’t even know if I got diabetes.
DO NOT GET ANY SWEETS AT LARSEN’S BAKERY

Larsen bakery did not satisfy me, the frog pastry was too sweet and the outer layer is just mint paste with a Gravel texture. On display, all the description of the pastry just said word frog with no description on what the ingredients were. The inside was a strawberry mousse, a horrible combination. And the chocolate mousse cake icing pastry was also way too sweet.
