Pretty good, the shredded lettuce and cheese they use kind of evoke Taco Bell but with taco truck fillings for the rest of it. Not necessarily a bad thing just a bit different. Good salsa, Al pastor is good, chicken tinga and chorizo are decent, carne asada is ok, gorditos are a nice change of pace and tasty. I think the rice and beans could use some seasoning but not a big deal. The peas in the guac are an interesting choice. Not huge burritos but at least it's not loaded...
The Al pastor had a bit of a diferent taste than most places as if it had Chipotle peppers in it.I enjoyed how spicy the meat tasted without any sauce.The asada was good but wasn't impressive.4 ½ ? for the Al Pastor3 ? for the Asada
The people are wonderful, the food is delicious, there's a covered seating area, my only complaint is the quality of material the food is served on, it's flimsy and gets soggy really fast.
