Nice restaurant / bistro. The atmosphere was agreadable. The food was well made. The french fries were good which is always a good marker if the restaurant is taking is menu seriously. maybe a bit too Salty. The staff was professional. I will go back .

We recently had an anniversary dinner at le Coin and were so happy with the food. The seared foie gras was splendid, the lamb loin was perfectly cooked. And for me, the profiteroles were the perfect end to the dinner. Fresh hazelnuts, crushed bits on the top, and perfect puff pastry.

Food was stellar in this quaint, romantic, neighborhood restaurant. I’m visiting from out of town and going back before I leave. Wine was great and menu had plenty of options for those with us who were vegetarian. Only piece of feedback would be that food was quite salty. Still great but either had a big combo of salted butter and salt or just a lot of salt. Salads and herbs were very fresh as was the fish. Great spot

We want to have a nice dinner with our daughter, as our favorite stone Creek was book solid. Le Coin serves a moden American cuisine with wide variety of inspirations and combination of flavors. It is what I call chef invention cuisine. Unfortunately, it suffers from the bane of Seattle restaurants, how to make dishes for in the budget without selling hamburgers. Octopus appetizer has literary 1 tentacle among vegetable and bean ragu. For $28 it is very disappointing. The rest for the dishes were ok, but I guess we expected more for the amount foroney you have to pay these days. As the dishes and flavors are created as hoc but the chef you can have hit a miss dishes. E.g. chicken was served with pickle sauce , forma ctual.pickles. not sure the sour flavor was successful, actually pretty sure I did not eat anything as bad since school cafeteria days.
We have visited before and it was decent. Not sure what happened. Betting $300 on being a guinea pig for chef creativity. Count me out. Sorry

Wagyu steak was too tough- got medium as suggested, not sure if it would have been better medium rare, salmon was undercooked. Nice servers but won’t be coming back for food. hh brussel sprouts and mussels were good.
