We've lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and haven't really given this place a try until recently. I love all their uniquely flavored pastries, and their croissants that are made with phyllo which is extra crispy and delicious. I also appreciate their matcha lattes which are whisked properly which most places don't do. Most coffee shops also keep their matcha powder in a drawer/container rather than in a metal tin which causes it to oxidize.

Absolutely amazing place to grab a coffee and sweet or savory breakfast. All of the pastries are delicious. The chicken biscuit is so good I had it 3 days in a row. Burritos are great too. Staff is amazing and treat you like you like royalty. Also they have allergy/gluten free donuts my little one absolutely loved.

Tried the lemon chocolate croissant at Moonrise Bakery and it was amazing! The creamy lemon filling had a bright, tangy flavor that paired beautifully with the rich chocolate. Perfectly balanced and wonderfully unique — definitely a must-try!
