Friendly staff, clean, charming environment, and a ton of delicious, fresh made food conveniently close to the Othello Light Rail stop.

Seriously one of the yummiest places I’ve ever been! I got the charbroiled chicken and a Vietnamese coffee and it was soooo good! Then they came and brought us doughnuts as a thank you! So kind, lovely space, yummy food, highly recommend!

Had the tofu pho - loved it! Also the workers are very kind.

They had some free samples of the marshmallow bars / rice crispness that were divine! Just sweet enough (not too sweet) and was soft as well

The mochi donuts are also really delicious - highly recommend the chocolate & strawberry cream cheese flavors.

Will come back whenever I want to catch up with friends 💕

I like to describe this place like Stefon from SNL, it has everything! Banh mi, pho, salad rolls, egg rolls, bun, espresso, smoothies, boba, ice cream, pastries, donuts, cookies, drinks.... This is a one stop shop for so many cravings and everything is great!

I'm gluten intolerant so I can't eat the banh mi, but I know that's a favorite. I stick to the pho and boba drinks and it always hits the spot.

Calm atmosphere and flavorful dishes. Highly recommend!

Food is on point , super clean and very spacious. The man over the counter seemed very happy, n the lady also. Decorations are awesome,will be back often 👌

I tried #1 Ham & Grilled Pork banh mi ($9.5 + tax). The sandwich is big in size, but I'm not a fan of the sweet and sour pork. I want to come back for desserts next time, like the different flavors of rice krispie and mochi donuts (happy hour deal 3-6PM: buy two get one free)

There is a parking lot in the same building (entrance on 43rd Ave. S.) as street parking is not easy to find around.

Used to be a very solid place to go relax and get some good food, but ever since the previous owners has hired new staff it has been downhill. Lots of orders with mistakes, even after fixing it the mistakes remain prevalent. Will not be giving them anymore service.

It's a really place for somthing light maybe pho if it's cold, they have alot of option for hot drinks and cold and they even added some mocha donuts

I ordered a couple sandwiches here and my friend and I agreed, the flavor was way off. After checking the health department rating we threw them out and ate elsewhere.

I order eye round and brisket pho but received pho with no meat… so sad because I was starving and waited for them to open just to get what I was craving but was not able to… and they didn’t fix my order… can’t go there again…
