Joe’s hanoo sushi roll + black walnut old fashioned is my go to whenever I go here. Bartenders are very friendly and probably familiar with recurrent customers.

We found this cute bar on the way to dinner and happy we did. Small and extremely cool bar focusing on unique cocktails and beer. Super nice staff working hard to serve the busy crowd. They also specialize in sushi rolls, which were very good. Place is small and very busy with a few tables, couches, and bar seating. Located in trendy cap hill.

This is the best bar in the whole city of Seattle. Liberty has the most incredible and creative cocktails, and the sushi is some of the best in the city. I really lovely staff and the atmosphere too, I have spent hours here at a time. I’ve lived in Seattle for 6 years and this is my favorite spot and nothing else I’ve found in the city matches Liberty.

We ordered 3 sushi rolls and they were all great. Interesting and yummy ingredient combinations. The only improvement I could see is with rice quality… it’s not as gourmet or soft as your typical fancy sushi and omakase places but still the sushi is amazing. We ordered a spin on the California roll expecting it to have imitation crab (since I am allergic) and my partner was pleasantly surprised it was all snow crab! What a treat for him. My mistake for not asking but just speaks to the quality of ingredients!
The drinks were also great… wide range of cocktails! I love that in the description they tell you what type of cocktail it is (if it comes tall, over a large ice cube, straight up etc). Staff was amazing too, very friendly and attentive.
