You can't go wrong with the spicy chicken sandwich or the Sampler. The drinks are very well crafted, and the vibe of the space is a lot of fun. My favorite vegan restaurant ever!

Went on a Friday night at around ~6 30pm as a party of two. There was still a decent amount of seating then, but it did quickly fill up. We ordered the mars sampler and an order of fries and it was actually so much food. The food and drinks were all pretty decent, and I would recommend the fried cauliflower for sure. I tried all 3 flavors from the sampler and enjoyed all of themVegetarian options: Everything is plant based!

Great selection of cocktails, but most drinks are a bit too sweet for me.The spirit-forward drinks are pretty strong in flavor, I prefer them better but still a bit unbalanced in my opinion.Still a good place for drinks and enjoy the vibe.

If you appreciate authenticity and being at the top of your game, in terms of food, drinks and staff, Life on Mars is for you. They are good people caring for their little corner of Capitol Hill, and damn that's a tough thing to do sometimes, yet still they persevere. So grateful this place exists.

I adore this spot and think it's truly one of one in Seattle. The ambiance, unique food offerings, drinks, location, and overall attention to detail truly set it apart. It's our favorite spot to go as a group of friends before a show at Neumos or other happening on Cap Hill. And the music is just the best. A great spot for Young Americans - I could spend 5 Years here in a Moonage Daydream!
